Is it possible to port the new TouchWiz UX Nature from SGIII to i9003 roms? I mean just a simple apk and few libs. btw im looking for any stock rom from SGIII to sneak peek
Since Xiaomi Mi Note Pro is out [same QHD resolution with our EDGE), i think there is a possibility to have a ported miui rom for us.
I am going to donate at least 20 euros to a developer for a fully working miui.
My last rom i used , is RRemix with MiHome launcher and it looked very smooth and nice.
What about your thoughts?Share your opinion here..
We'll have to wait till it's released for the Note 4 then hope some kind Edge developer ports it over for us.
TTHHEENN We could play around and try to implement TouchWiz features into MiUi!!! It's been done before, Note 2 and 3 and is possible cause MiUi uses TouchWiz framework somewhat.
Think about it :laugh: Edge Panels + MiUi, although I wished there was a way to hide all app shortcuts on the homescreen except those that ya choose to be visible so I'd add a app drawer or a nifty third party launcher like TSF Shell since it has a hidden dock...

Don't confuse the company No. 1 with the official Note 4 rom, it's a chinese cloned note.

Havent had a miui rom since note 3. Besides, miui uses cyanogenmod as a base now, you will lose all note functionality. It was a great rom for notes before it changed to cyanogenmod.

He TouchWiz is not possible to port a very nice extremely choppy same TouchWiz but I feel it the most stable 4.2.2
I have used samsung phones earlier and during that time Touchwiz UI sucked big time.But the latest generation of Touchwiz(Grace UX) is simply beautiful.I think it will look amazing in our quark.Also the performance has drastically improved when compared to older versions..
So the big question is...,Is it possible to port this proprietary UI to our quark?
Devs please don't ignore this question....
If porting the entire ROM isn't possible atleast provide a modified apk of just the launcher that will work on our quark...
Recently got the Exynos Galaxy S7.
As a stock android user, I found touchwiz a bit over kill for me, and I can't even imagine myself using the heavily customized rom.
I was wondering if there is a frequently updated light mod TW rom that I can use on daily basis?
