I have relocked bootloader and want to restore to stock because I'm selling the hpone, but the ruu fails install

1)relocked bootloader
2)S ON
Each time i try to flash a rom.zip through cmd I get the error
"MAIN VERSION IS OLDER"

My butterfly is facing no network then auto restart problem.
1 day could happen 3-4 times.
i try to flash lastest asia RUU.zip provided in this section but failed.

But i have relock my bootloader b 4 i flash the RUU. yet still facing the fails.
