Go to motorolas site and just spam the darn thing. My friend had the same problem but after a while it gave him the unlock code.

believe me I have tried doing it.
I have unlocked the bootloader using official CROM app.
Is there any way to relock it aftewards?

So I'm pretty confused there is a lot of information out there and it's conflicting one another in my view. I want to achieve root on my stock rom and possibly be able to flash custom roms. My situation is I have the Sony Xperia E3 D2206 model with stock android 4.4.2 and when I punch in the code it says that my bootloader is not unlockable. I have installed flashtool and drivers and tried the "BLU" button and it says it cannot unlock my bootloader.
From my understanding I can still somehow root this phone, can somebody point me to which guide I should follow for my phone?

Yes it worked my non-unlockable bootloader device is rooted.

I am not able to open my bootloader because i can not get a unlock code. I tried the huawei page in english and chinese, with huawei id Account and Facebook and i also tried the id generator but it is not working.
Please tell me how to get this code.

first you have to create huawei id account and use it with your phone for more than 14 days.
than you will be able to get unlock code from Emui.huawei web site.
