hey guys ... i need to know one thing .... i have a rooted samsung galaxy y ... when i install a new rom to it .... it is working fine for two months ... and after that the processing starts slowing down... and i cant get my full capability of my phone .... Do anyone know why? is it something with the processor ?
I think it moreover ram problem bcoz galaxy y has only about 256 mb of ram
Also the processor of galaxy y is arm6(a bit old and outdated) which can lead to some lag problems
try task manager to kill the tasks which will free up your ram and also u can overclock ur cpu (if possible and SAFE)

Well as said before its surely the ram problem. It might be the issue with the ROM itself. Did you try flashing a more stable ROM? And clear the cache often!
Hmmm .....now I flashed Hyperion rom 7.x its nice and but slow sometimes .... I have used ram expander but it made me to reflash the rom bcz the home launcher starts closing unexpectedly ..... is the any way to increase the speed .... or should I leave the way it is ....

clear cache...clear some unnecessary apps that you dont need ...
and if possible ...do a clean re-install of your ROM...!

Smallest and funkiest RoM for Micromax A60 with a battery backup of more than 3-4 days or even more.
As the name suggests ,you wont regret flashing this rom ,
Heavily tweaked and the lightest and fastest of all the roms available for A60. All claro apps and wallpapers are removed.
This RoM booting time is the BEST.
My phone boots in 30-35 seconds. If you install lots of apps be sure to use a startup disabling program to get a great start up.
And yes there are no sd card ejection. Installation Instruction-(IMPORTANT)
its the same as any other rom to see full instruction click here Thanks to andro king.
But after you install the rom . On first startup u will see the netlock screen . Enter Airplane mode using the switch off button and cancel the screen 2-3 times then in menu click on No Lock app. In it click on Locking enabled and it will turn into locking disabled. No you can exit airplane mode . You will now experience the netlock screen only for 1-2 times only on startups or never.
If you want a lock application just install a locking application from market it will work with no lock app.
NOTE: on using any kind of task killers , just exclude no lock app from the killing list to avoid netlock screen

I don't know about the comparison but I find it sweet.
If you face problem in detecting your phone on ur pc just restart your phone while it is connected to the computer.

because using cm10 inbuilt with int2 script sorry dunno the exact name of the script ...
n fly roms n jaggy ROM 4.1 also had scripts .. in which the data folder games didnt works ... closes itslef without giving any FC's ...

That's a very old ROM, switch to a new one with good RAM management such as SUVI or XBR or LEWA..
i installed project xtreme app.. now works fine....

after flashing you'll get two apps installed..
one will show u ur entropy value ..
if ur entropy is hovering around 4k..
den mod is working perfectly and u won't face a single lag at all..

Thanks, exactly what I'm looking for. my entropy value is 4096. BTW, on ur original thread, u recommended to go into dev tools - dev settings and change the background process to max 4 app processes. Does this mean if I have more than 4 apps running, this mod would automatically kills those apps ?
Great mod! Much quicker! Only issue I'm having is that it won't keep an app in memory e.g. if I am using my browser then go back home and then go back to my browser it restarts the browser again and I lose my bookmarks.

Actually this MOD ****ed up my N9005.
I was on Bobcat rom MJ7 and after i installed it, i lost EVERYTHING.
I have NO signal, no sim, no processes, (Process system is nt responding) nothing.
I tryied ODIN and Flash Stock Rom and when i reboot i dont have signal, sim and the phone reboots its self
GRRRRRRRR
what can i DO ??? to restore it back to normal?

If you're rooted and have custom recovery try the EFS fix/bootloop script in the development section it'll restore your warped EFS straigth away. --- Messing with kernels/mods/tweaks there is always a chance it will mess up. - Happened to me with a kernel, but same kernel with this script is fine now.

Hello my name is prateek....I recently installed sensonic v7 anniversary edition....but I got lag swiping touchwiz app drawer and when I click samsung video player and play any video screen gets blank and tab hanged...and when I choose factory setting option and reboot it then lmt serive is not found when I click setting pie control screen get hanged and phone restared...and when I open recent item it loads after some time about 10-15 sec...I clear delvik cache data partition everything its not fixed and I installed fast dream v5 its also giving lag pls help me I like sungsonic v7 very much b:crying:ut its giving lags pls help me some fix it pls...its request...pls....I clear everything pls help
