Is it possible to pair a Palm 3169WWZ Universal Wireless Keyboard with my Galaxy Tab2 7.0 tablet?

Hello everyone.. i m looking forward for buying either motorola xoom or samsung galaxy tab 10.1.. And i am very confused which way to go.. the galaxy tab is really thin and light but xoom has more connectivity ports.. and the list goes on and on.. please help me out.!
As this is a XOOM board, we all hate the XOOM.

Is that tab 1 7.0 original samsung keyboard compatible with tab 2 7.0? Or would that (belkin or sth) bluetooth b better?

I can't use my xbox controler wireless with my galaxy tab pro 10.1
The controler works on xbox 360, pc and gs4 but not on bt52...
Of course I use otg and wireless adapter
My tablet isn't root
Do you know if I can use it on this tablet?

I have a Tab 4, that I am looking to use a desk device, and want to have the tablet running on Android 7.0+ and if possible I would like it to be running a GO edition, If anyone is able to help that would be much appreciated.
