On my og droid I could change my boot animation easily, but couldn't on my tbolt. Does anyone have a link to a write up on the razr hd? I assume we can do it without root like the og droid?

I cannot seem to wrap my Rookie Noob head around this project and am reaching out for help. I am Tring to port the alarm clock app from the Moto Cliq to work on my wife's Espresso. I have a good rip of the Cliq ROM off of her old phone. The espresso is rooted and Running CR's OTA and I am confortable with ADB. I attempted to simply drop the apk and odex into the system/app folder and it created a boot loop. I am now at a loss. I know its frivolous but she wants the Cliq app better. Thanks in advance.
I am new to the whole root and rom thing. I recently saw on this website a boot animation of the halo reach and i really want to put it on. Is there any way somebody could make a youtube video? Btw im sorry if this has been posted before.

I wanted to know if the are having or even trying to make any progress with the motorola XPRT? I know its just a copy of the Droid Pro but i wanted to know if they have an MIUI rom for the xprt? or maybe if i could use one from another Motorola phone for this one?
i dont know i hope so wee need the sbf file first to help with modding though

Can someone help me with the Droid DNA animation to make it fit perfectly for the HTC One XL?
i have the original 1080x1920 picutres in vzw_bootup.zip however it does not work.
i got a flashable one for the Motorola RAZR but its too small and it doesnt fill the screen.
So what i tried is to resize the original one to 720x1280 and replace it in the RAZR version but it doesnt work i just get black screen.
My version would be the modified one.
What am i doing wrong?
