Random App Reload - Asus Transformer TF700

I'm starting to notice that my tablet, randomly tries to reload apps allot. Does anyone know how to fix this? or can point me in direction of where I could read up on how to fix this?
This mainly happens in the MyLibrary App, Pulse Reader, and Xfinity OnDemand apps.
It is a pretty irritating issue please let me know if anyone knows a fix.

Fixed
I think I fixed this issue by enabling GPU rendering in developer settings... Now the only issue is the random black line flickering which seems to be a common issue for everyone on Android 4.1.1

something similar happens with mine - asus needs to address this. however I think that it may be fixed in an update - i'm stuck on .17

It has happened to me also, don't mind it though.

It's an unfortunate bug and happens with ALL transformers (Including my tf101). There's AFAIK no way to fix, and trust me I've looked Dx
It's extremely annoying to me when I'm riding in the car or on a bus (bumps and whatnot) and it disconnects from the dock constantly.
its not big problem its just annoying sometimes lol

Yes, happened also to me but it's only a little bug!
It seems HD apps handle this better, so I'm assuming for now that it's in the app's coding.
would mean that asus cant fix it its up to the devs???

Yep, per app devs, unless ASUS finds some sort of workaround.

Games started to flicker...

Hey guys,
I guess my infinity has a serious problem. Today I was playing TW Battles suddenly screen started to flicker.I was able to touch the screen and give commands but screen didnt change. Then i tried Dead Trigger,it happened again. I shut it down and opened then played for a while (like one hour) it started to flicker again. After that I cleared all tasks from Asus Task Manager except the game, I was able to play then.Anyone has the same issue? Can it be repaired by firmware update or is it a hardware issue? Any advice to solve?
By the way my infinity is unrooted and C70 serie.

Mines been doing the same thing. Every few days I clear the cache and it temporarily fixes it.
Thanks for the reply but how can i clear the cache and by clearing it would i lose any data from apps or games?
Any other solutions? Is it a common issue?

This is a known issue. It originates from the NVIDIA driver. It is rumoured to be fixed in the upcoming JellyBean update.
For now have a look at this workaround: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31177808&postcount=8
So, the only solution is clearing the ram before starting a game?
Is there a app that keeps the free ram at the same level?

That is a really good question. If an app could just clear out all apps, like advanced task manager, and then free up all the ram, that could be used before running a game in the meantime. Does something like that exist?

There are many memory cleaners, I use this workaround: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...08&postcount=8.
Cleaners cannot "reconstruct" fragmented memory, only a reboot will do that. The real solution would be for ASUS to update the (already fixed) nvidia driver(s) to fix the NvRmChannelSubmit failed errors.

Sound Issues

Hey All,
I'm new to this tablet but not Android. I did search but didn't find much.
While watching videos, the sound drops every couple of minutes for 5 or so seconds. I have tried the stock player, MX player and RockPlayer2. Ive tried hardware and software decoding. All of them act the same. These are .mp4 videos that play fine on my Note2.
I am unrooted and stock, although I was planning on rooting.
Any ideas of how to fix this?
Thanks!

Wow. No one has had this problem?

No, I've never heard of nor encountered this issue.
Try shutting everything else that's running in the background down. Games, browsers and the like. (Under settings --> Apps --> Running)
Maybe it happens when something triggers the notification sound? Like email or something. Maybe the system lessens the sound in anticipation of the notification sound activating regardless of whether it was muted or set to the lowest setting. Just a thought.

Sound issues
Trust me on this.... 99.9% of all issues on 700 are the rom malfunctioning....
Install cleanrom inheritance 2.7 ...u will have no sound issues....

Well I was thinking maybe i need to move away from stock. I wonder if it's a hardware issue tho

Check to see if you have mail checking going on in the background. When I changed to manual checking rather than push mail or scheduled polling, I stopped seeing the issue. If it isn't mail, see if you have a newsreader or something similar running.

MLB At Bat

I'm curios if anyone else uses MLB At Bat and has issues with the Gameday view after the 4.2 upgrade. If I enable force GPU Rendering everything displays correctly.
I've considered a factory reset but thought I would see if anyone else is using this without issues first.

Yes, i love this app and have had issues with the gameday view afer the upgrade.
hoping for a solution soon.
although my main use for this app is to get the audio feeds, so i'm not as devastated about it.
Same thing here everytime I start either nba or mlb at bat it causes my tablet to restart.
