Yeah. It was free for Beta. They just announced the first version the other day.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda app-developers app

Yep. Tried the Beta but after it asked me to upgrade and I saw the price, I uninstalled it. For $15, it would need to make my morning coffee too.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda premium

Yep, beta period ended. Free lunch ended.

I'm not sure about using it anyway. Go Launcher used to be my favorite launcher. It's bloatware anymore though.

True and I noticed a couple of transitions that related to golauncher... is that who they are? If not can they just copy from somebody else? Still though it is a very very useful launcher. Too expensive for me though. Seems like they are trying to imitate SPB launcher as wells.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda premium

Sorry bud beta is no longer any good
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda app-developers app

I tried it but I didn't like it. I guess I will stay with Go Launcher
I found the apk somewhere, but I don't know maybe is just not my style

This launcher literally has no bloatware. For that price, they really can't put any, well, I really hope so. Go Launcher has bloatware cause it's free.

In the first screen shot, you can see a blank space on the app drawer, then when I tried to move an app icon to the empty space it creates a folder. It actually got worse when I restarted my device. There were 5 Phantom spaces on each page of the app drawer. And you can't move icons on them. And at one time, my app drawer froze. Pressing the home button didn't do anything.
One solution I found was rearranging your apps via the alphabetical, date, etc, until the Phantom spaces disappear.
Even though this was a major bug, I'll still stick with it.

Are you using the beta version still or have you purchased the launcher? Bug could be related to the software still being in beta. If you purchased the final release version, how do you like it, worth the $15? I didn't try the beta, so if you don't mind how does it differ from the average launcher?

Rotating the homescreen

Is there anyway to rotate the home screen without installing a launcher
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA App
You can do that from your notifications menu or go to settings>display and check the auto rotate box
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA Premium App
I know you can rotate screens like internet and messaging that way. But I want to rotate the homescreen like how you can with launchers from the market.
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA App
which launcher are you using right now? there should be an option to do that
I think he means the stock TW launcher. If so the answer is no. I would go with GoLauncher its the best one ive found that doesnt lag and you can set it to rotate the home screen plus tons of other options and themes. Heres some pics.

I think any custom launcher supports rotation. LauncherPro does also.
I was talking about stock tw but I'm gonna try go launcher and launcher pro
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA App
Never liked TW. Not customizable enough for me.
I like both launchers but I think I like tw better. But I have a feeling I'm gonna switch to a launcher
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA App
I didn't read up enough on TW4, cause I don't like TW in general, but maybe TW4 will let you rotate your homescreen. Check out the threads on it.
I hope tw 4 lets you rotate the home screen

My only problem with the launchers is that you lose the touchwiz dock
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA App
lol. well, tw IS the launcher...so if you replace tw, you lose the tw dock. but once you use another launcher, you will easily forget about tw. the gb launchers are nice, so dont be scared to experiment and try something new.
Launcher pro has a scrollable customizable dock; in fact, it has everything tw has and more.
I just started using go launcher ex and I like it. Is there anyway I can make the bottom dock a little bigger. But other then that I really like it

Post your home screen!

I know this thread is somewhere already within the Infuse forums but I don't have the time to find it plus I think it died out so I will attempt to revive it. Like it says, post your home screens and share your ideas!! Here is mine, nothing special but I like the touchwiz launcher.

Here you guys go.
In order to make this work you need to create a folder on the internal sd called mclock. Then extract the zip into the folder. Once you have done that, choose a 4x2 sized mclock template, that should open the preferences screen. Click select xml, and navigate to the mclock foler and choose the third xml. And that should do it

Weather app on the lockscreen is minimalistic text, on the icons screen is beautiful widgets with the plain grey skin. Text icons are done with Simple Text, and yes, I'm running Infused v2, beta 3.

This works much better than the stock GB keyboard of Gummy, but I still like the new swype better. I don't think anything besides a physical keyboard would beat swype.

I was skeptical of Swiftkey after using Swype so long, but it has very quickly grown on me. It is damn near psychic in it's predictions. I've only been using it a week and I have literally typed entire sentences using nothing but predictions.

Once you have placed that in /system/app, reboot. Then menu, settings, language & keyboard, enable "android keyboard".
After that, change your input method, by long pressing a text box, select android keyboard.
