I was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy the new larger capacity battery for the Sensation XE in the UK, please?
I have a normal Sensation and I hear the battery will fit so I'm looking to get a bit of extra run time with the XE battery!

Just buy an Anker 1900 mAh battery off of eBay. They are a lot cheaper, and just as good as the xe battery.

Yeah, I said go for the Anker either on ebay or amazon.com (you can see the reviews on amazon). I bought one, I couldn't be happier after a day of mid to heavy use I am left with 40% or more.

Which battery is the best for the sensation I have not tried and anker 1900mah battery but have tried BXT 2300mAh which I bought from ebay I have had good battery life on aosp roms but not on sense roms? just wondering
Anker 1900 seems to be the best. Haven't got it myself though.
I have heard great things about the Anker battery.
Will be getting one myself once i have been paid.

I hav the Anker battery and it works just fine, perhaps u hac heard of the touchscreen issue? For me it doesn´t lift the bottom of the phone.
Also the phone don´t get warmer as before...

A lot of people are pointing towards anker batteries, the thing is it's pretty hard to get one down here in Malaysia. So currently i am using MoMax and am having no problems with it. With moderate use (texting, phone calls, browsing, facebook) my battery can last 1 whole day with 30% still left..Don't have the picture to prove it but i can guarantee you that it has happened on more than one occasion.

All those 2000+ mAh batteries are fake if they are same in the size. They put on the sticker, but real capacity measured is equal or worst compared to the Anker 1900/ OEM 1830 ones - as read from user who bought such batteries

I found (and ordered! ) the equivalent on Amazon.fr. To find it on the french site, ask for "batteries Anker 2 x 1900mAh Li-ion pour HTC Shooter, Amaze 4G, Sensation, + caricabatterie da viaggio USB".
Maybe you can order it from UK.
Sometimes, the items I order on Amazon.fr come from UK (cartridges). I imagine the opposite is possible.

I'm using an Anker battery and it's really good, better than the original xe battery.
I charge the battery over night, so i can't tell you if it needs more time, but I think it should'nt take much more time than the original.

I think mugen are way too much expansive while ankers might do the job still waiting for battery

I been using a nice cover is a cover and a batterie called POWERSKIN i highly recomended to u
No matter what u do batterie will last you all day
I have one of the gold batteries and I don't really get more than a day. It is almost certianly bending the truth about it's capacity. I ordered an anker battery today as I'm not comfortable with this ultra cheap looking battery in my phone.
I'd go for an Anker.

I'm dead happy with my Anker battery. Great value and proven to perform better than the stock battery.
I'm fairly happy with the Stock battery of my Sensation XE, but I hear a lot of people have the 1900mAh Anker and are even happier than I am!
Hi I'm really happy with Anker. It is affordable. But beware of fakes . EBay has had a few fakes being sold where if you peel back the paper on the battery It's really another battery under the sticker. I advise to purchase off Amazon or different web site than eBay for battery. My anker battery has improved + my battery life significantly! You will be happy with the results. Hope this helps! Hi, as title, i want to change my battery. i've found this offer and i'm ready to buy it. someone can tell me if it is a battery compatible with htc sensation? i mean if it is big as original (i don't want to change back part of phone in case that the battery is bigger and there is no space). thank you in advance

That is too cheap. Something doesn't smell right. Just get an Anker battery. You will not be disappointed.

thank you! a question: can a bad battery damage my phone? and g14 is htc sensation or something else? (i ask because the site is very good, a my friend buy often things here with low prices and all works good). i will try to order anyway if i don't risk to damage phone because it costs only some dollars thank you again!

YES it can! Bad non quality batteries often can overheat and be dangerous and ignite and start a fire in the house! I so wouldnt go with this replacement! Cheap and 100% label is lying... I guarantee that inside there is not 1800mah for this price its not possible... Cheap made in china quality cr*p that possible is dangerous!
G14 is a codename of somesorts... dont know why its posted... I guess to look 'cooler' ?... Wouldn't trust my phone juice to this fishy battery and there's a saying - stingy payes twice!
Go over Mugen Power or Anker batteries <- these two are the best of the best from quality and price also if you look at it from 'original' extended view price not that high!

Yes Anker battery has same dimensions as stock battery...and after a couple of recharges with a stable rom will give better battery life than stock

Anker is the best, have been using it for over a year now, and still holds its charge really well. I would rate it as even slightly better than the XE battery.
Yes, same dimensions of course.
And there are some deals that allow you to get a free Anker charger with the battery, watch out for those. :good:

i think that is ok. you will notice that the battery is going KO when the phone shut down itself and the battery percentage is high

1) Original HTC battery 1730 mAh
2) Anker 1900 mAh
Please can someone help me with the pros and cons of anker.
also are the dimensions of the anker battery and the stock battery the same? i mean exactly the same?
last question: Sensation users feel a big difference when using anker (thats what ive learnt from reading threads) but is the difference that big for a sensation XE user. Given that the XE had 1730 mAh stock battery.

I'm from India and i recently bought 1730 mAh sensation xe/evo 3D battery for my sensation through ebay.It is pretty good.As you can see the original price of anker is max of 10$.They are importing from US and charging a huge amount for that.So i advice you to go for 1730 mAh battery.

thanks alot!! but actually i can my cousin to get an Anker 1900 mAh Battery from Amazon UK for 12GBP. thats approx Rs.1100/-
But what was the cost of the original battery and also from where did you buy this battery?
(I had asked in the HTC service centre Pune, he said Rs.900/-)
