Hello!
I just installed AOKP and my phone is stuck at boot. What to do? Thanks.
Wipe everything and reinstall

Do a full wipe and then install Rom.

Ok so my phone started rebooting randomly on gingerbread and then when I went to ics the rebooting stopped but then every app would force constantly making the phone unusable so I did a factory reset that fixed apps then rebooting happened again. Will flashing a rom fix this?

Anyone?

The only way to tell is to reset and wipe caches 3 times or flash cwm then wipe everything 3 times then flash stock ics through odin and see if it helped, if not its probably a hardware problem.
How to do all of this is in my sig links.

Hi,
how can I update Cyanogenmod from 19.08.12 nightly to 26.08.12 nightly? Must I Wipe the Data? Must I wipe cache?
Greetings...

Yup its must else it wil get stuck at boot screen
if you are updating from previous version to newer one wipes are not needed but if you get a bootloop then just boot into recovery and wipe data
No need to wipe

I'm trying to go back to dead stock but rooted... or on nosympathys ROM... but it won't reboot after I flash it. Will just stay at a black screen until I battery pull

Did you flash a ROM or use Odin? If I Odin I believe you need to flash a kernel an suppose to factory reset aftee .

I flashed the rom

Does it get to the boot animation or what? After you hit reboot in recovery, does it do anything?

Regardless... It's already here so...
Wipe cache... Factory Reset in stock recovery... That should fix it.
