Hands down its, Clean Rom 2.1 - and in a close second [email protected] by Surdu Petru and Cyanogenmod 10 - stable
[email protected] Edition V02 from surdu-petru is really stable and looks most like stock which I really like.
I say clean ROM. Not a feature packed but it's a ROM that just takes the stock and makes it better. My kind of ROM if you ask me

I'm running jellybam 9.1.2 jb. Does a kernel need to be for either aosp, or aokp? Can I run a kernel made for aosp rom on an aokp rom? Sorry, kind of new to the kernel thing. Thanks
If a kernel gives you the option, choose the one for Aokp /cm. Jellybam is based off Aokp.
I've looked for an aokp kernel
I've looked for an aokp kernel, but I'm not having any luck finding one. They're mostly aosp. Thanks for the reply

AOKP is a CyanogenMod based rom modified with features that aren't in CyanogenMod . CyanogenMod is based directly on AOSP but with features not in stock android . With that being said the AOSP kernels work on your rom.
Is there any stable Rom which can be used by a heavy performer??

Honestly, I'm running the latest stock ROM rooted with Magisk and all is well! Carbon Rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-8/development/rom-carbon-rom-honor8-t3636749 is good also and Ressurection Remix is not too bad either....
I just rather run stock ROM with root for a daily driver.
