S3 ToolKit? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Just wondering if the Verizon S3 will ever see a toolkit like the I9300. I know the BootLoader will be a problem but some of the other features in the toolkit would be nice to have on our Verizon S3.

[Q] unlocking verizon s3

ok so i have already unlocked and rooted my verizon galaxy s3 using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2046439
everything is working fine however when i place a t-mobile sim card the phone says that the sim card i inserted is not a verizon sim card. can someone please point me into what i have to do next? i have a 16gb verizon galaxy s3 with 4.1.1 jellybean installed. i searched the verizon s3 forum via the search tool but couldn't find anything with my problem. thank you so much for all your help!!!
Your problem is that you have mistaken unlocking a bootloader for unlocking the SIM. Unlocking a bootloader means that you can now flash custom ROMs,kernels, mods, and tweaks.

Flashing back verizon samsung galaxy s4 from cricket to verizon

I'm pretty new to this flashing firmware/roms....I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Verizon that's currently on Cricket. I wish to bring it back to Verizon. How do I achieve that? The ESN for phone is clean; The S4 is running MJ7 baseband! What do I need to do?

CyanogenMod Installer app on Verizon Galaxy S3?

Hi,
I know the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 isn't compatible with their installer app but I was wondering if anybody knows why and if they have tried it anyway?

I would imagine that it has something to do with the fact that the Verizon version shipped with a locked bootloader. They probably didn't want to code in the support. That said, if you need to unlock the bootloader check out this http://rootzwiki.com/topic/32456-app-920-ez-unlock-14-easiest-way-to-unlock-your-bootloader/ (Version 1.2, only for pre-4.3) or this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2605648 (Post-4.3).

[Q] Is this phone unlocked?

So, I recently got this phone from a friend (not on stock btw) and I was just wondering if this phone is unlocked. I read a few post online saying the phone comes pre-unlocked with a jellybean update. It is Verizon, but I use T-Mobile. So does this phone actually come pre-unlocked?

I've heard it being able to be carrier unlocked but since this isn't a true GSM phone people aren't having a lot of luck on other carriers with the VZW variant of the S3

[Q] Is the Galaxy J1 similar enough to use S3 mods and roms?

I'm considering picking up a J1 prepaid from verizon, but it doesn't look like there's any development for it at all. The model number is sm-j100vpp if that helps.
Cheers

No. You can't use roms for another device on another device. This includes other S3 variants unless it's been ported over.
Do not even attempt to try anything to unlock the bootloader. Its a VZW device and unless someone has already unlocked it which I highly doubt it may never be unlocked
