Is there any way to disable the soft key backlights on jb super lite?

Not sure about Slim, since I've never used it, but usually it's in Settings - Device Options - Sensors. There are 2 boxes at the bottom. The bottom disables BLN and the one above disables the screen on back light.

This also works for me: Settings / Display / Notification Light.

Running AOKP JB, I would really like an app that lets me do this via a widget or shortcut - i.e., one button toggle, instead of having to traipse through settings - maybe a Secure Settings command or a Tasker script.. Screen Filter has an option to do this that I think worked with 4.1, but that setting does not seem to work with AOKP 4.2.2.

[Q] Screen Freezing/Locking on Jellybeans build 11

I flashed Jellybeans build 11 a few days ago and have been having issues with the screen freezing/locking up 3-4 times a day. The LED continues to flash if I had a notification so I'm uncertain if it's just the GUI that's frozen or the whole system. A battery pull resolves it. I've also noticed that when I press the home button to turn the screen on, the screen is always oriented in landscape when it's frozen.
Has anyone encountered this with this particular build or ROM? Is it the ROM or kernel? Any suggestions to remediate? Besides this nagging issue, I've been happy with the speed and battery life of this ROM.
From the Beans OP under "Disclaimer":
"Aosp Lockscreen will force close when rotating if u dont turn all the options in the lockscreen menu off other than weather and clock! sence there not compatible with aosp lockscreen!"
Could this have anything to do with your problem?

Definitely! It must rotate sometimes before I lock it or it's turned a bit when I turn it on and causes it to do that. I did check the lock screen settings and did have shortcuts and ripple enabled. I've disabled this and will keep an eye on it. Thanks!
Great! Hope it works for you. I'm on this ROM and love it too
nooooooo
Yeah you have to disable all options except for time and weather, had this same problem

[Q] Jelly Thunder Toggles

I'm a noob and really appreciate Jelly Thunder. It has the lowest benchmark dropoff after load my apps of any stock ROM I've flashed.
Does it have an option to add text below toggles? I may be missing it, but if not, that would be a nice add on. Also, the lockscreen toggle brings up the security settings. Is it possible to have a toggle simply lock the phone as if one pressed the power button? I got use to that on another ROM and miss it.

AOKP ribbons settings FC on pacman rom v2.1.1 HTC one s

After installing latest update i was exploring the options, came across the AOKP ribbons, tried few things, set up ribbon in notifications, after tried to leave how my phone was before (i prefer the pie) after I exited the settings I checked my notifications drop down and I have a "blank" AOKP logo, i tired going back to the settings and when I click on the ribbons tab within the ROM control tab I get a message "unfortunately ROM control has stopped" any ideas?
Thanks

[Q] Physical Button Notification Lights

On the 4.2.2 SlimBean ROM, there was a feature to use the physical button lights as a notification feature when you received a text or missed a phone call, but the current ROM doesn't include it anymore. Is there an app or xposed module that would enable this again?

Assuming you're referring to BLN. The kernel you're using has to support it.

[Q] Pop-up notifications on Carbon KitKat Rom?

Hello there everyone, I'm using the Carbon Nightly KitKat ROM on my Samsung Infuse, and I'm in a bit of pinch here The thing is that the first time I flashed this ROM I used to get the pop-up notification on my status bar, now that I flashed it back after installing some other ROM's I dont get that pop-up, all the incoming notifications are shown just like jellybean or ics. Is there some settings for that in the carbonfiber menu? or something like that, it'd be great if it could be fixed.
Thanks in advance!
