[Q] HTC Cha Cha Language/Locale Problem! - HTC ChaCha

Dear All,
I recently bought an HTC Cha Cha A810e from an arab country. When I returned to Europe - I found out that the only LOCALES it had were all English (Arab Country-Based) or Francais (Arab Country Based).
Apart from solving the problem with apps (such as Morelocale2) -
I managed to extract the European Stock Rom from RUU_Chacha_HTC_Europe_1.33.401.1_Radio_47.17.35.3033H_7.48.35.14_2_release_204385_signed.exe
I then unlocked the Bootloader and managed to flash-write the SYSTEM and BOOT properly.
Now when I use the phone - I can see from the "software information" that the "software number" is in fact 1.33.401.1. That means the European ROM was correctly flashed.
However when I go check the languages, I still have the limited list of English (arabic) and French (arabic) locales!!!
Any idea what else I can do?? Any idea what I can flash-write? or where the Cha Cha stores its locales? PLEASE HELP:crying:

[Q] HTC Desire S Saga Asian version

Hello all,
When buying an Asian version of an HTC Desire S (Saga), after a hardreset, the language pack available is English + some asian languages. To have European languages, I need to register to Android market and download « More Local 2 » to have these languages (GER FRE, …).
How is it possible to reflash the phone to have these immediately after a hardreset ? Is it possible to find an application like HardSPL for Windows Mobile phones ?
Thanks for any help. Rgds.

You can try using MoreLocale2
You can find it in the market
Go through this guide and follow steps 1-9. It is complete except that since you have an XE, for step 2 download this file, RUU_Pyramid_LE_HTC_Europe_1.72.401.1_Radio_10.58.9035.00, then when finished, the phone will update over the air (OTA) to the Arabic rom.
Hi omar 302.. can you help me to change the language... I don't now arabic to read your guide. Thanks.

[Q] Extinct or Rare Arabic RUUs requested

Hello fellow xda members,
I have an unlocked, rooted, recovery(r2-modaco-recovery-clockwork-touch-ville), supercid (11...) and S-OFF HTC One S, the rom I trying to find is :
RUU_Ville_U_HTC_ISR_1.84.461.11_Radio_0. 17.31501S. 10_2_10.27.31501S.10L_release_266327_sig ned.exe
please correct me but that ruu is for israel market and therefore potentially has Arabic in it, I've tried the app MoreLocale 2 which completely changed the language to Arabic but it didn't add a HTC Sense Arabic keyboard, I tried this:
"enter on Settings and Apps and click on All and looking for Customization Settings Provider and press it Then press Force stop and after Disable then Return back and open the applications and looking for Setup and open it and Return to the list of languages you will see that the Arabic language within the language"
but couldn't find a "Customization Settings Provider", I know I can get a custom rom with Arabic but I prefer HTC sense Arabic keyboard feel, and since my phone is S-OFF I should be able to use the Israeli ruu.
Interesting fact is the two countries that had Arabic in app MoreLocale (local version info extracted from the stock rom) were Israel and Egypt, hence there potentially could be a second ruu out there with Arabic for HTC Ville S4, any info is appreciated.
Thanks,
Appreciate any input!
