hai guys
i find the script for increase the memory for sense 4.0a rom its working :good:
but small bugs system is very slow and everytime boot the error message is comming i attach the image please any budy help for sense 4.0a rom

Nice, Try to fix M2SD script please

M2SD is all fixed, we just need derefas to change the init.d initialization method to get M2SD out of safe mode.

Thats because the data/data is in sd ext which makes the phine damn slow and apps respond late so this error pops up.

I can't seem to flash any of the sense ROMs modded and one by derefas it gets stuck on HTC quietly brilliant logo,
Partition from recovery 512mb and 256mb swap flashed it 5 times
I am new sorry I don't' know much about the site

1st. Before flashing wipe everything
2nd. Use twrp recovery
3rd. Mount sd-ext and cache

Hi mate 1st. Use modded version 2
2nd. not booting error occur only because sd-ext and cache is not mounted . Try twrp recovery then wipe everything in twrp (wipe cache,dalvik-cache,system, factory-reset) then mount cache and sd-ext it will works

I'm unable to boot this rom . I wiped every thing (data,system,cache and the factory reset ) then mounted cache, sdext(700mb),sd card is already mounted every time , then flashed rom . i'm using twrp recovery v2.2.2.1 .
is there anything else i'm missing

Try flashing cranium kernel 2. MOUNT /system and /data. It should do the trick, if not, install recovery again.

If u are using jaggyrom 4.0.3 make sure u flashed wifipatch.zip !
Wifi wont work otherwise

It's not so rom related, issue is with boot.mg(or something similar don't remember now), it's issue from recovery instalation. And the guy sayed that even with backup, still no wi-fi.

can u tell which recovery should i install...
there are many recovery threads are there

They are only 2, twrp and yannou's, which is basikly cwm. which one do you have now, and please give a link to which tutorial did you follow to have root. Did you try flashing the kernel which I mentioned. in this thread there is a yannou's recovery which should be fine http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1415223

mount data and system both before flashing but stuck at boot

Install clean rom
Set up everything
Then reeboot to recovery
Wipe cache
Go to advance wipe dalvik cache
Then mount data and system
Mount cache if not mounted
Then flash kernel and reboot.....
This is the only one last ultimate option.......

What do you mean "install clean rom....."

He means to flash a new rom doing clean install, which probably will do the trick, another thing is try that with jaggy 3.x.x not with 4.x.x version. Give it a try, there is nothing to lose.

I forgot to add correspondeding modules with kernel so made a patch to fix that !

I just want working wifi either on stock or custom rom.....
It is possible to remove the cwm or install stock recovery and stock rom

Our htc pico doesent have any stock recovery! Cwm is a must
And u can use 3rd party apps for wifi tether from playstore

And some others are also facing problems with wifi in 4.0.3 so u can go for cm9 or 10 series it doesent have any wifi issue, but if u really wanna go for sense go for go for either nextgen or jaggyrom 3.2.1

[SOLVED]HTC Explorer bootloop in all roms

hi friendzz,
i am using htc explorer pico with my customized stock rom for last 2 month. Everything was fine till yesterday.
yesterday i want to try BulletsenseFX rom so i followed each step but it gives me a bootloop.
so want to revert it to my rom .so i just restored my nandroid backup which was created earlier. After restoring when i try to turn it on it just show bootanimation and restarting.
i think a problem with my backup and i installed stock rom htc_explorer_Europe_stock.zip it also shws same symptom.
i tried jaggyrom and able to boot. But after the boot it shows internal memory full and all apps stopped unexpectedly.
i wiped data ,cache and dalvik before each install.
my pico is rooted and CWM installed ,i formatted all partition using CWM-.mounts and storage .
then also same error,
i tried other roms and give same result
What’s wrong with my Explorer??

Did you use Overclock kernel before? if not than I don't think your NAND is burnt..if it was burnt you won't face reboots or anything.Even if you have NAND problems the ROM boots properly.
firstly back-up your SD card and format it using your PC make sure you do it using a card-reader...and than flash any ROM,I would recommend Mini CM10 which is light as well as stable and yes use Garuda kernel with it...while flashing this ROM just do this:
1 wipe data/factory reset
2 wipe cache
3 wipe dalvik cache
4 Flash the garuda kernel
5 reboot recovery
6 do the 1st three steps again(just in case)
7 flash the ROM
8 Reboot

Just wanna add that all these things will happen, if you've burnt your nand excessively. And recovery burn is also being speculated.

Dude try changing your recovery to twrp....
Cwm is known to have teeny little issues with some devices.......
Wipe everything and try flashing something rockstable like cm9...

guys i rooted my friend's htc explorer 4 months back using all-in-one toolkit by hasoon..now it shows several problems...memory card gets formatted automatically....some times it bootloops in recovery as if there isnt any rom installed...sometimes it keeps restarting or stuck @ htc logo only...i had rooted my explorer almost year back using jaggy jags full root method and havent faced any problem till then...now my friend says i dint root his phone properly and blames me for all the problems he is facing...anything faulty with all-in-one toolkit? guys need help...every now n then he gives his phone to install the rom as it gets erased automatically...somebody help me solve this nuisance(also it sometimes doesnt enter recovery mode only...keeps restarting)

Hmm. .....
well first of all according to my info. Your set isn't root properly. ... Flash the cwm latest recovery and then try to install the ROM you want this solve your problem. :thumbup:

Try to install TWRP Recovery if that fials, then CWM Recovery
Do a complete data wipe from recovery
Install a stable ROM
Unroot your phone by following a good rooting guide
Now, root it properly

Heres what to do:
-Flash a recovery, TWRP etc. or stick to current recovery
-Download any rom, CM10.2 suggested
-Factory reset
-Flash Rom
-Flash Gapps

Relock the bootloader and then unlock bootloader again.
And flash yannou recovery first,and flash the stock rom and if u partitioned your sd card delete the partitions and create again(backup ur sd-card )
And then flash new rom

I am in great trouble. I faced some problem with my rooted htc explorer. yesterday I just clicked the Reset to factory mode. and After that I stuck in the htc white bright screen. After that I tried a lot of thing but without any result. I flashed the superuser placed in sd card. Then downloaded the htc original rom n tried to install as per the instruction but after that is saying that it failed to flash that rom. Please help me fix this problem.

Now you need to install aw3som3 recovery,wipe everything except sdcard & then flash cm11 by me. It would work.

@noob nabain hey mate don't worry, it's obvious that a rooted pico phone running stock will go into loop when you do a factory reset (it previously mentioned in the rooting guide).
hope you have a working recovery.
now download any rom.zip
wipe everything(as specified in the instruction of installation)
install the rom
hope this solves ypur problem :good:
