not when you use super one-click, you have to flash a kernel after rooting.

You can have root access and not CWM. A lot of the less-serious users do it so they can use Ti-Backup and other root-using apps

I would start reading some posts in the development forum, and other specific topics on the various steps you will need to take. But...
First you will need to install a custom recovery, like clockwork mod(cwm) or twrp.
Second, you will need to find a ROM specific to your device, making sure to check your model number and only installing a ROM if it is intended for your devices model.
Third, flash the rom .zip in the previously installed recovery.
That's really all you need to do, but you should read how to take those steps in the threads for them and your device.

When you flash a stock firmware either from that link or (recommended) sammobile.com, its called stock for a reason it turns the firmware, recovery and kernel back to....err.....stock

[Q] how to create a custom rom

can sombody tell me .......
how can i create my own custom rom.....
like...(jelly bean, ics.....or ios )......?
Hey, first I recommend you to download the original stock rom of the device you want to the develop for, in xda there are many tools that will help you, but that's for advanced users. But it easier to modify some things in a preexisting rom. Search the forum, and good luck!

:good:....thanks...
Start off small. First modding stock roms and then move onto building roms from source.

Custom ROMs are specific to the device. I wouldn't try loading one up if it isn't compatible. As the other poster said, Google around or look here on xda for one that supports your device. Good luck....
