Check with a stock ROM and see if its still there it could be something as small as a bad flash if you do custom ROMs

Happened to me awhile back and just reflashed back to stock via odin and started the root process all over and havent had a problem til my digitizer broke....

No sound

I have no sound at all on my skyrocket. I can make calls and the person can hear me but I can't hear them.
I am still running the stock rom, just rooted. Anyone else had this issue?

It was a hardware problem. I used Odin to restore, and I still got no sound. Took it back to Best Buy and swapped it out.
Weird., and good that it worked out for ya

[Q] UCLB3 kill my wifi

ok this is the problem, I installed the modem UCLB3 but my unit is hot, so I decided to return to UCKL2, but to restart my phone and discovered that the wifi did not work, sign appears but I can not browse or connect to the internet market.
I restored my phone with odin but neither worked.
Looks like some other issue, not of modem. I installed LB3, back to KL2, and now on LB3 again. Phone isn't hot, and wifi is working as well.

Are you wiping everything needed at least 3 times?
Also do you have a case or somehow covering the small holes on the phone? 1 on top and 1 on the bottom.

No difference on or off same crappy quality in and out going
I would start off fresh by going back to completely stock via odin then do the rooting process over again.

Weird stucks on 4.1.2

Ever since I uploaded from 4.0.3 ICS my phone has been getting "stuck"... The screen gets crazy if I touch it, the other buttons won't respond. The only way I seem to fix it for like 2 minutes is by locking it and unlocking it... When I bough it, it came with 4.0.3... Since then I moved from ROM to ROM...
4.0.3=>4.1.2
4.1.2=>4.2 Cyanogenmod
4.2=>4.1.2
4.1.2=>4.0.4
4.0.4=>4.3.1 BeanStalk
4.3.1 BeanStalk=>4.3 PAC
4.3 PAC=>4.3.1 BeanStalk
4.3.1 BeanStalk=>4.1.2
I left cyanogenmod because I didn't liked the look of my phone and because I wasn't able to play some of my favorite games.
I left BeanStalk because the camera.app kept crashing and forcing reboot.
I left PAC because the keyboard wouldn't show up and I wasn't able to finish the set up.
I left 4.0.4 because some apps were too new for it.
On 4.1.2 I get a lot of times stuck, but in other ROMs (even on Stock 4.0.4) the frequency of stucks were less...
I'm sorry for my awful english. I am from Argentina.
I'm really freaking out because each day my cellphone gets stuck even more!
Flash back to stock and if you still have problems it's probably a hardware problem. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26056924

I am on stock. I placed 4.1.2 without any name because I was trying to say "stock. Not a custom". But if it worked before perfect on 4.0.3. How is that possible? I mean my phone fell a couple of times but from by bed... I don't think it would harm it a lot since I have a carpet...

Oh sorry I didn't understood before. Maybe it's screwed but the thing is that in BeanStalk it didn't got stuck but I wasn't able to use the camera. Also it didn't got stuck in PAC but the keyboard wouldn't show up and display error messages all the time. I might go back to 4.0.4 since it works better than 4.1.2 (in my case).

Move all your files(pics,movies,music etc) to your computer. Format everything and try Odin again. Make it like the phone was new right out of the box never used. Troubleshoot from there.

Thanks!! So far my phone is working perfectly! I'm going to download my old apps one-by-one to see which doesn't work or could cause a problem.

I think it's cache/data from previous rom that was causing your full "stuck".
