Password on lockscreen - Samsung Galaxy S (4G Model)

Is it possible to have the password/pattern stuff to show up on the lockscreen? I'd like to hide my home screen but its still visible when typing the password.

After looking at this closer it seems that if you are using any security the lock screen doesn't show at all. Is this normal for all Droid devices?

The lockscreen wallpaper is transparent by default. Go to settings/display/wallpapers/lockscreen wallpaper to change it.

I tried that. If I set the lockscreen wallpaper then set the password/pattern it's transparent. If I set the lockscreen wallpaper first, lock the device to make sure the wallpaper has been applied, then set the password/pattern it's still transparent. No matter what it's always transparent.

Disable Icons in Statusbar

Guys don't hate me if its been discussed but I googled and couldn't find info on the Infuse. I want to disable the status bar clock and possibly the alarm clock icon too. Or be able to move them around. Anyone have any info on this?
Thanks
Tommy

I'd check out UOT, I'm pretty sure the kitchen had something that allowed the task bar to be auto hidden? Or maybe that was launcher pro.....
Yeah launcher pro I can hide it but I really just want to eliminate some icons. :/

Use ICS based Custom Launchers like Nova, Apex etc. for enabling transparency in App Drawer, so your menu background won't be black anymore.
Well any wallpaper I got from zedge if you use their set option you won't have to crop.

[ Request ]Transparent lock screen (stock)

For stock 534.
Huh...
Don't get this,,,the lockscreen has a background that you can change..which bits do you want to be transparent?
I don't want to use a wallpaper.
I want full transparent lock screen like the one that petrr make for Xperia T or holo locker for example.
Well, if it's transparent what do you actually see?
If it's your normal background, just change the lock screen wallpaper to that

It's like you can see through the lockscreen, for example your homescreen or an app that you were on before locking the screen. There is Such an option in cm or aokp, cant remember right now

Lockscreen wallpaper

Is there a way to change only the lockscreen wallpaper and not the homescreen wallpaper?

I think you may do so by installing a third-party lockscreen.

How do I add new widgets...

to the list of those available on the lockscreen? Just to be clear, the list of available widgets is limited on the lock screen.

You'll need a third party lockscreen that supports all widgets. With the stock lock screen, that ability needs to be included in the .apk. Perhaps you can send a message to the developer of the app and ask them for lock screen widget support.
Good to know. I was hoping I could use root explorer to drag from one folder to another so the lockscreen could see the widget.
