Wifi keep turning off

Every time I lock my phone, the wifi turns off, even if I'm downloading something. I tried changing roms but that don't work. Can anyone help me?

Goto wifi settings advanced wifi sleep policy and change it no always

I have the same problem but the wifi setting is on never and i tried advanced wifi lock

R u using any antivirus that disables wifi on locking
