The official ICS is already out?!
Also you can install OTA updates and keep root just install 'OTA RootKeeper' from the android market when you have successfully rooted your device
I didn't test it yet because I modded my stock rom too much and there wasn't an update >4.0.3 yet. But the app is from supercurio and will probably work well
you can flash a stock otA ICS 4.0.3 rom after rooting

I discovered this morning that the market will not allow me to download previously purchased apps unless I pay for them again.
Had zero issues when I first setup my phone after flashing the latest AOKP rom, but all of my purchases are showing as unpaid today.
I've cleared market data and rebooted, but no luck. Is this a Google problem or is it something I've done?
AOKP Build 22, Steve Garon's 1.14 kernel, 240dpi (was 220dpi).

Seems to have been a market issue. All purchases are now available.

2013 or 2012. if its 2013 then you can go back to stock 4.3 and then flash this update http://android.clients.google.com/packages/ota/google_razor/3a3951e8243c82bc01a620ab858f4454c8ebd65c.signed-razor-KRT16O-from-JSS15R.3a3951e8.zip
Otherwise here are the images for all nexus devices if you would like to extract and flash images manually.

It's in the T-Mobile Note 3 forum, Original Android Development section, or just go to the twrp website and search for hltetmo. You should be able to flash over your existing twrp using the existing twrp and a .zip of the new one.
