Today, Custom Roms in BADA are almost for wave1, wave2.
And I'm wanting a team, which will make Wave3 Custom Rom.
But I'm too just little and not really an expert or developer.
Yes. I need someone that is quite skilled. Not a real cool expert developer.

one that syncs from the phone to computer
I am working on a ROM along with Chadster. I am looking for someone that is familiar with theme work for android to join a team, or help out. If you are interested please PM me and I will discuss the details of what we are looking for.

This ROM is from the vibrant.

but I could not get any benefit and I think something is not correct in the thread.

An its so Speedy..
And There Is Not So great Hardware Difference..
Developers You can Do this...
And make us feel more privileged..

if u think i9000's dev is speedy just go get urself a i9000 and save ur self the troubble of creating new threads !!

First of all this needs to be moved into Q&A section. Moderators please do this.
And to answer you question. You don't transplant rom, you port it, that is how people say it here, and that is how you should ask, for others to understand . Now this so called porting is very hard and long process and is unique from phone to phone. You would need a lot of time and skills to do this. The skills can be learned but if you have the time and the will you could do that. Just contact somebody from Viper team, maybe they can help you with some guides.
there are illegal vipers kangs on some forums, soon there will be official Viper rom for our device

Thanks for your answer.I also want to learn some skills verymuch.But I am afraid they may not have enough time and to be honest i don't want to disturb them...
