Ok,
After being sleep deprived by new twins I have stupidly triedan ICS OTA on rooted (stock ruu, just revolutionary) sensation and it's stuck saying the above.
FIrst I replace CWM recovery with stocj using Andriod REcovery Installer, updated, and it all seemed to go fine HTC Sense won't work.
ICS is definately there, things are working in the backgorund but HTC Sense just won't work, just says HTC Sense has stopped working.
After going to Bootloader I didn't seem to have a PM158IMG file. So flashed the one for 3.32 (which was teh right firmware) but still no joy. Now the phone has updated to 3.33, but still the same message.
Any ideas...? (apart from don't mess with phones' after days of only 3 hours sleep...)
Cheers
Try wiping your data partition, this should fix it

Since I flashed my HTC sensation to the android revolution HD 6.0.3, I'm unable to download from the market, my WiFi does not detect any WiFi signal and my phone restarts when I play music with it... Any help on how to solve these issues/

I would try a full wipe and update to the latest version.
I know that WIFI was fixed in a later version. Also remember to flash the correct version (i assume that you are using a vanilla Sensation, and not a XE).

My phone was the original T-Mobile HTC sensation 4G and I flashed it recently but I'll download the latest version and flash it again.... And does that solve the market problem too?

1.27 firmware = 3.32 firmware
Contains 1.27 hboot and 3.32 base
It's exactly the same thing. I was just referring to the hboot

Get the zip file for the ROM from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1098849
Go to recovery, choose wip|format & wipe cache + dalvik.
Select install from SD Card, choose the zip & install it.

Nope.
But if you have problems after flashing it, you'll need to super wipe & then flash the ROM. In that case you will lose data & apps.
EDIT: There's a button for thanks mate.

I still haven´t encounter any problems.
Only i can think of is:
- Boot loop or won´t start.
- Some apps won´t start and needs fix permission (can be done in recovery)
But problems rarely happens..

if you have successfully flashed the ruu.exe,of course there is no recovery now because you are in completely stock
now start from the beginning again
S-OFF or htcdev.com unlock
recovery
root
Still says s off and unlocked and I'm back to stock, installed cwm via one x, but still nothing, I was using viper s Rom then my recovery wudnt open just kept restarting back to lockscreen, so I did a ruu to see if it could work, then I flashed clockworkmod via.one.x.tool, phone still unlocked and s off but everytime I.try getting to recovery it gets stuck on HTC logo
