Flashing with Odin not working - General Questions and Answers

Hello,
My Galaxy S3 has a broken screen and i need to send it back to get fixed. At the same time my phone now always boots into safe mode and no apps apart from the core ones work.
So in have tried to flash the rom (SPH-D700-EC05-8gb-REL.tar)with Odin 1.87 and i always get the below without fail. On the screen of my phone the blue bar appears but at 100%.

I purchase a brand new thick blackberry cable for this.

Complete Dead? N915F

I have accidentally flash my n915f to firmware from n915fp. And my phone cant boot, stuck at bootloop. I have tried to reflash to latest 6.0.1 firmware for n195f but no luck. I got odin error. Now suddenly my phone completely dead. No sign of life anymore. Did my phone already hardbricked? Is there a way to fix it? Its my first samsung phone.
