Which files in the back up I have contain the apps/contacts/music?
My assumption would be the data file?

data has your installed apps in it

Went ahead and just synced contacts with gmail. I can live without music on my phone for awhile until I get my ROM set up the way I like it.

your music should just be in /sdcard

Zune reg tweaks actually work good for me. Not that it's reall usefull since zune needs to be installed on every computer, but still.
I flashed a couple of days ago the EXT4 TweakStock 1.4
Now I cant open PDF files anymore, I get the message below:

For whatever reason it did not work. Using Quickoffice pro.
Okay, got it to work. Had to format sdcard + use adobe reader. For some reason QuickOffice didn't like something.

this never happened before I recently changed my ROM. I tried wiping the dalvik but that was no help. Do I need to wipe the cache also? Could anyone help me out?
I've gotten that when I've accidentally restored an app's data without the app itself, then tried to install the app. Go into /data/app and delete the app's corresponding data folder. That might work.

No I didn't get the OTA.
I'm still on beanstalk 4.4.2 which is why I'm puzzled.

Is any Google product syncing things? I think Google+ photo backups count as Google Services.
Hi, my 920F has previously 5.1.1 from another csc, probably UK and the app freeze stock in 5.1.1 appear but now flashed spanish (ATL vodafone) and the freeze menu has gone i think.
Anyone know how to come back ? appears that all the 100% apps stays in auto-freeze cause the notifications from apps dissappear and lags considerably
