I'm thinking about getting this phone for my next upgrade. If I'm stuck at the boot screen or in a boot loop how do I simulate a battery pull or cut the power from the battery temporarily ?

Hold down the power button. Pulling the battery really isn't an option. I was afraid of that also. Love my HOX though. Running CM10

Thanks a lot for the reply. So if the phone is stuck on the white screen all I have to do is just press and hold on the power button? I never thought it would be that simple thanks again

Click to collapse
Its actually a feature HTC implemented in this phone.. holding it down for a few seconds acts like you're pulling the battery

Is there anyway to change what the recent apps button does?
I know viper had it so the settings would pop up and holding it down would have recent apps pop up.

I got the in ota from tmobile yesterday, and when I went to turn on haptic feedback (vibrate on touch) it was greyed out and I can't click it. Any way to fix this?
Thanks in advance

Do you have powersaver on?

Oh, yeah. Had no idea that disables haptic. Can it really use that much battery?
