Anyone else have this problem with the Play Store telling you that apps aren't compatible even if you have installed it before?

Hey brothers! I have a problem with Google Play Store. I have ported a rom to my device (MT6589) in this case, google play shows that i need to update some apps , i update them on google play, agan it shows that same apps need to be updated. i guess it shows that it's updating but it doesnt it. very complicated. any solutions? thanks in advance

I am using Samsung Galaxy y duos GT-S6102, recently i flashed my mobile with custom ROM. Its TECHNODUOS ROM.
I can't able to install google play services, Hangouts and some applications?
It shows the error
"Google play services, which some of your applications rely on, is not supported by your device. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance."
I tried searching for solutions in Google search engine, but none of them are working.
When using stock ROM, it was working fine but i want to use custom ROM like TECHNODUOS.
Please help me out clearing this issue.

Sorry if this has been covered before but I could not find my exact problem. I have installed genymotion and have a virtual device working grand (Samsung Galaxy S4 4.3) I have installed google play and can download apps no problem but some apps I can't get like Candy Crush or some main games as it says "your device is not compatible with this version". I'm just wondering am I missing something? Thanks for any help.
I am facing issue with google play in genymotion. I am not able to see all apps on the playstore.
