Hey all, I have created a new site called the Andy Student Handbook(or ASH), which is basically the hub for all high school and college android fans, enthusiasts, devs, etc. Its really great, check it out please. If you want very specific details on what ASH is and does, check out the site! I have an introduction article that will give the gist of what it is all about. Also, if you want to become an article writer for ASH, please follow the instructions provided in order to "apply", I can only accept a limited number of writers at the moment (maybe two or three) but as the site's traffic increases, so will the number of needed writers. So, if I can't accept you now, tell every android enthusiast you know to visit (even though the site is targeting the high school and college population, my articles can still very well offer great advice to anyone), and you never know, a spot may just so happen to slide into place! I applaud your idea and the work you put in already - I think this is a great idea - I spent a little time reading today and learned some things in the process - best of luck - I will be looking for new articles and can't wait to see what you plan for the future - great stuff.

Ok I read it, but not following, how does taking down the site for the day prove anything when that's what the government wants? Damn if I would black my site out.
You didn't read the whole thing did you...it clearly says that they are taking down the website to raise awareness in order to get more people to voice their opinion on SOPA. I for one WILL be supporting you guys, and I am EXTREMELY happy with the amount of fighting that various big name websites are doing to help put an end to this before it even starts.
Thank you. As am i. The government is wayyyy over stepping there intended purpose wih this one. And most people do not realize the affect this would have on the entire internet/ free speech. Which is why large websites are trying to spread awareness. I mean this would probobly shutdown websies like xda you tube and many many others.

Well if it goes through and people are just to lazy to fight it craigslist. Youtube. Xda. And many of the sites we visit everyday are in jeopardy of being shutdown . Most people arent seeing how serious this is

yes, definitely wouldn't be worrying about studying for infantry... we don't need a test to tell us how smart we are, that's what our busted up knees are for!
by they way... i was on a MiTT team over in j-bad mostly... worked w/ ANP and ANA... lots of 173rd guys out that way (07-08) ... winter of rock avalanche :'( ...tough times, tough guys..
Lol. I didn't know people studied for the ASVAB. Matter of fact I think I was drunk when I took it. But then I didn't study for the ACT either.
I didn't really study at all and I got a 94. Prior to the real test I took a practice one online.

I'm asking because my PC gave up it's ghost, which forces me to stop development, which I don't want to do, as I've got the Universal Android Toolkit still in Beta and I've still got to work on my Boot Animation Creator - Both of which take a great deal of time.
I've tried GoFundMe.com (See description), but I haven't managed to get any attention, I don't exactly know why, I'm guessing it's because not many are interested in my programs or people just think I'm stupid. :laugh:

I have recently graduated from high school, and I love working with computers. I am facing a problem where I am not too sure on what field to go into that is IT related. I wanted to go into programming, but I have heard that a lot programming jobs are being taken over seas (I live in US) Anyways, what would you suggest me to go into? I am looking for something with decent pay and good demand.

That's ok. Many first time college students have second thoughts on the major they first pick. However, I see from the list you provided that all those majors also need you to be decent in math. So it's fine that you aren't the best, but as long as you have a good understanding of it, then you should do fine. Also with choosing engineering you can switch to other engineering and computer science majors quite easily, which means you can double major . At least you went big with your major list.
There was one early on by Mr Hyde which I installed and have been using ever since. That was discontinued about a year ago though. Was just wondering if there's been any development since.
See...there's hardly any way to get answers here,,, I mean thank God for the geniuses touching down to earth ever so often with there brilliant work but then they flutter back into their bong smoke filled dens to game on or whatever other strange itch they're wanting to scratch at that particular moment...lol. but answers for the old folks....hehehe not a chance!

Yeah, I can be a little sarcastic. But he DID say people like me used to be super active then disappear to play video games and aren't helpful anymore. Uh,,,,, that would be a NO then.because none of those lead to a working Rom or a working anything for that matter,,, development for this particular device is dead......that was why I made my remark...because most of you guys go to great links to impress yourselves but add very little to helping any of us that aren't as savvy,,,,, that's pretty cool animation but I see you really haven't followed any of those links in that real cool way to say nothing.....

C'mon man, don't be a troll. There are very few owners/users of your particular tab. Which is why there is little development for it. Have you seen Shakatus contributions to the community of P51xx.Take a look for yourself, and then try spouting off. If he, or any other, of the great devs around here actually had one of your models, maybe they may be able to figure something out. But, he doesn't. So he wont. Unless of course you want to send him yours to try, but I can guess the answer to that. Bashing people around here for problems that you are having (or unwilling to do anything about, except lean on others ie: learn something for yourself) is unacceptable and will be reported. No trolls allowed......next!
I wasn't trying to be crass....I will be happy to donate or whatever in order to advance the work on this model....but there's no current anything for this device.....I've ran down every link and thread trying to find anything useful to break VZW's hold on this device, so it's not a matter of not researching or being lazy....my apologies.
