I can't seem to flash the ICS bootloader on my a500.
I tried both Afterota and blackthunder's Nvflash, and under both programs whenever I get to the part that requires the Acer Iconia APX mode screen on my tablet, my tablet shows the correct screen but the program can't do it's thing.
Afterota just doesn't do anything at "3/5 Flashing Kernel" and Nvflash hangs at Flashing Bootloader (EBT) stage two - uploading image...
It makes me think something is wrong with my APX mode - can anyone help?

Hi all, this is my first post in this forum.
I need help about my Acer A700.
When I turn on the tab appears "error: the board value of EEPROM in empty" and under: Bootloader version JB-653b3d3 (unlock mode).
Recovery and fastboot works and i try to install the iconiaN 2.6. It's installed correctly but after reboot it freezes on the acer logo and restarts infinitely. I have also tried to install other roms but is the same thing

OK What i am trying to do is get my Asus TF300T 4.1.1 10.4.2.20 Unstuck from a boot-loop , Right now As it sits IF i click RCK I Get stuck With a Dead droid ,IF i click Cold Boot {ANDROID SYMBOL} it freezes , IF i Click USB Icon It just freezes I believe that is "Fast Boot Mode" And wipe data just sends me back to the boot-loop, OK So what i am trying to do Is Load TWRP Via Fast-boot mode Now all i need is help doing so to get my tablet back im not even sure if im able too considering Fast-boot mode keeps freezing So if you guys know anything i am doing wrong or just want to help me out it would be great thanks,

A few days ago I tried to install Evil Alex Purgatory for the Iconia A701 from [ROM][4.2.2] IcOdiv based on CyanogenMod 10.1 for Acer A701/700 via CWM 6.0.2.3.
The installation process got finished. When I started my tablet, the title "Boot image verified failed" appeared and nothing changed anymore. What should I do?
Can you reboot in bootloader ?
You might try to boot CWM via fastboot and restore your Backup or try to flash back CM 10.1

Usually divice manager recognizes A701 when the title "iconia tab" appears. But in that case "Boot image verified failed" and "ACER" are shown.

You have to boot in Fastboot/bootloader and not in OS mode (ie: the tablet must wait in bootloader instruction from USB)
Then you can use fastboot in CMD in Windows to flash or boot a custom Boot

I tried to flash a twrp recovery via fastboot. It seems to work properly but the tablet freezed. After trying to reboot via volume down and power I get the Asus splashscreen with the loading bar for about 2 seconds and then the screen is blank. No further reaction of the tablet. After browsing the xda forum about that problem I found the possibility to interact with the tablet by the apx mode. For using wheelie I need a blob.bin file. But I have NO file made with nvflash. So I ask for a possibility to reflash my tablet. Or is it a hardware brick?
Edit: The bootloader is unlocked by ASUS unlock tool.

How did you go with your tablet , did you find a fix ?
What version of twrp did you install.

If the tablet will not boot into fastboot, recovery, android ....
If you have no nvflash files...
Then there is not much that can be done, sorry :crying:

Hi guys,
So i wanted to get my A510 back to stock.
I flashed update.zip from WW_GEN1 i downloaded from the acer website with CWM 6.0.5.0.
But now i'm stuck at the acer logo without an os installed and my recovery got removed to i think.
It shows Recovery Verified Failed when i try to flash an update.zip
I can get it in APX mode but i don't know what i have to do also i don't have the drivers for APX.
Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.
