[JB 4.2 APPS] Google Earth+Mail+Store with Voice Search+QOffice+PlayMusic and other - Android Apps and Games

So after deodexing the nexus 4 system dump(which i grabbed from androidtaskforce ) and trying various combinations of apps to work(was really a tiresome job).
I present the following:
1.Google Earth
2.Email(not gmail)
3.Play Store
4.Voice Search for Play Store
Update:The updated zip now contains these extra apps:
5.Quick office v5.7.2
6.Play music
7.Play Magzine
8.Play books
The install instruction remain the same copy files from app and lib folder to system/app and system/lib respectively and normally install the other apks.
Updated link:http://db.tt/dHoqZy1W
Mirror:https://www.box.com/shared/6estem5qv1r96fi0g4c0
Separate google earth zip:http://db.tt/wTIB9QPs use this if you want only google earth the procedure is the same install the apk manually and copy the lib file to system/lib and set permission.
So to get this fun on your phone
1.Download and extract the zip.
Note: This is not a flashable zip so don't go flashing this in any recovery.Just extract this zip.I'll upload a flashable zip later as i've to leave for coll now.
2.Copy all the files in app folder to system/app folder and set the permission to 644(rw-r--r--)
Note:to see how to change permission see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=33585486
3.Similarly Copy all files in lib folder to system/lib folder and set the permission to 644(rw-r--r--)
4.Simply install the GoogleEarth.apk and Phonesky.apk( don't copy them to system/app just click on them and install normally).
5.Reboot your phone and enjoy!!!!!
Hit thanks if you like this!!
Note: If you get some error in these do a cache+dalvic wipe.That should fix it.

Differences?
What's different or new with these updated apps besides version number? I don't see anything new added to either of these applications.

All working for me, two accounts on email and the Google Earth is awesome! But I don't know how to use the Play Store voice search?

You've to be rooted to set the permissions.Then you must have some file explorer that allows you access to root(Root Explorer,ES File Explorer,Solid explorer)
Then when you've copied the file in proper place (assuming you're using root explorer)touch and hold on that file name a menu will pop up.Select set permission from there and then set the permission to 644(rx-r--r--)
In short your permission window should look like this
**-
*--
*--
* denotes tick
- denotes untick..
Hope that gets it cleared for everyone!!!!

[APP] S Voice for SGR

Have come across a hacked version of S voice for Non SGS 3 Users and tested it in our Device. It is not 100% bug free but worth to give a try I love it
S Voice is an intelligent personal assistant on Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone, which runs on the Android operating system. Like Apple's Siri, the application uses a natural language user interface to answer questions, make recommendations, and perform actions by delegating requests to a set of Web services.
Many android users feels that S Voice is better than Vlingo in feature and performance wise.

I couldn't install the zip file in CWM so I manually extracted the file and pushed only the files/folders inside System folder into the. corresponding folders.
Procedure to install:
1. You mobile should have been rooted to use this.
2. Extract the zip file downloaded from the above link. Use file explorer like "Root Explorer " to navigate to the extracted folder and copy the folder "System" and paste that folder in "/" (root folder) of your device. If you are using Root Explorer make sure you tap on Mount R/w before pasting the folder. After you paste the folder, again press on Mount R/o. Basically it overwrites the existing /system folder contents with this one especially the existing text to speech related files will be overwritten with SGS 3 tts files. No worries everything works good.
3. Restart your mobile. Invoke S Voice either by double pressing home button or from Blue tooth or clicking the app icon.
Can anyone help in creating a CWM install zip file after complete testing by everyone please.

======================================================================================================
GMAIL 4.2 from Android Police (See attachment)
For more info head over to:
http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/1...-pinch-to-zoom-swipeaway-deletearchive-video/
Being developed specifically for Android 4.2 but will also work with Android 4.0+:good:
Ok the APK has finally been released to the public. You can download it from the above link or from the attachment below.
Instructions for installation: (As listed on the above site, posting it here for your convenience )
Note: This APK should work on Android 4.0+. You do need to be rooted.
The Gmail 4.2 APK is signed by Google, but with a different key than the one in the Play Store (we checked the signatures - they differ). One is probably the test key and the other the production key. For this reason, you can't simply install it as an update and therefore need to be rooted with the ability to mount the /system directory for writing in order to remove the existing Gmail APK.
Important: Once Google updates Gmail in the Play Store, you will want to revert this process or at the very least delete the Gmail 4.2 APK you installed here if you want to update it from the Play Store.
OK, let's get down to it. You'll probably need ADB installed on your computer. There is a chance that this might work without ADB by just removing the APKs mentioned below and installing the new one, but it didn't seem to work reliably for everyone. This should, though:
1. Download Gmail 4.2 apk.
2. Rename it to Gmail2.apk.
3. Make a Nandroid backup in case something goes wrong (this is always a good thing to do before messing with your device).
4. Remount /system for writing (via your favorite root-aware file explorer).
5. Delete (or move if you want to save the APKs) all other versions of Gmail. Usually there are 2 or 3 copies. One will be in /system/app (that's the original Gmail that was pre-installed on the device) and there may be a few in /data/app (these are the updates installed from the Play Store). They'll be called "Gmail.apk," or "com.google.android.gm-[number].apk," An easy way to tell is to look for the Gmail icon.
6. You may need to delete the .odex files matching the APKs in step 5 too, if you have them. Neither I nor Artem had to do this, but there are many different ROMs out there, and we're trying to cover all bases. Ignore this step and only come back to it if something doesn't work later.
7. Reboot. Once you do, you should have no Gmail as far as Android is concerned.
8. You can try to install the Gmail 4.2 APK you downloaded at this point by tapping it in your favorite file explorer (move the APK to your device first, of course). If that doesn't work, or if you prefer ADB, fire up a command line and type adb install Gmail2.apk.
If you get an error message, you probably didn't delete all copies of Gmail. If you don't feel like playing with ADB for Step 8, I've also gotten it to work by just copying the APK to /data/app, but that's not as fool proof as "ADB install".
Simple Steps for Installation: (Thnx to mj.vikram:good
1. Download the Apk.
2. Goto System/app folder and rename Gmail.apk to Gmail.apk1. (For safe side)
3. Rename the downloaded to Gmail2.apk and paste it in system/apps.
4. Change the permisiion to RW-R--R.
5. Restart the Mobile.
6. Enjoy the new Gmail ....
Note: You need a root-explorer!
.
Thnx!

To fix force closure you neef to rename to be exactly the same as the original app
E.g
Original camera: Gallery2.apk
So you would rename the 4.2 camera Gallery2.apk

When I first downloaded it I moved the old gallery and renamed googlegallery.apk to gallery2.apk. Also tried just keeping the old gallery there and removing gallery4.apk but still nothing.

I moved the the camera and gallery apks from system and just kept the GoogleGallery.apk in /system.. set permissions 644 and reboot.. its working fine that way.. Which ROM are you on ? M on numa..
Sharinghan, renaming the googlegallery isnt helping, still getting FCs on photosphere and panorama.. is it working fine for u ?

Ah... bummer. I was excited about having a fully functional camera ha. I'm sure one will come along at some point.
I do like this camera though.

Yeah, a fully functional camera is missing in cm10.
I like how you can swipe from the camera to gallery.. and the interface is pretty clean..
Multishot is missing though
btw this camera is missing these lib files
Libjni_mosaic.so
Liblightcycle.so
If someone gets their hand on these please share.
T-mobile SGS3 rooted, stock TW
Put mosaic file in system/lib and panorama works.
Found that on this forum:
http://forums.androidcentral.com/ve...0830-jelly-bean-4-2-camera-3.html#post2279758
Link to lib:

Have not found a download for liblightcycle.so yet

The corrected Razr M Launcher for Skyrocket, and other HDPI devices.
Back when this launcher was released i remember liking the GUI but i also remember how the dock bar would be stretched
out of screen together with its icons. In this release the issue is fixed.
This is not skyrocket exclusive neither have i contributed to the work behind this fix.

The circle clock is fully working, the dockbar is fit to screen, everything seems to be working nice and smooth :good:
I think you have to install all of the apks in the zip, ie even if you don't want the weather.
Working Great for me after a couple tweaks, I pushed the apps to System/apps and made sure the permissions on all of the APK were set to RW-R-R.
Then I Rebooted and Installed the APK like a normal app in system, the clocked widget didn't work so I did this to get it working
1. make a copy of the Razr M homescreen.apk
2. change the .apk extension to .zip
3. extract using root explorer
4. locate the files 'libnative_renderer.so' & 'libtexture_mem.so' inside the folder 'armeabi' under lib folder
5. copy both files to system\lib folder and overwrite any existing files and set permissions rw r r
6. Reboot
7. Install 3d circles and weather in any order
Alright, I'll give it a shot.

Alright I took lingowistico's Fixed Laucher and made a flashable zip for it, it will push the apps to system and it also has the lib files for the 3d clock widget to work properly

Hello forrest89sei.
You're not supposed to do that. Only install as normal APK. That's why you're having troubles.

Thank you for the effort, only you should not put the apks in s/a/, just install as normal.
This is not my work as i stated in the OP. All credit goes to evilisto.

Hello dulecetina.
Just install as normal apks and it will work. I'm on the same rom as you and it works fine for me this way.
Go to system/apps/ and delete CircleWidget3D.apk, HomeConfig.apk, Homescreen.apk and Weather.apk.
Then install the apks from the link in OP as normal and it should work.
Works fine for me.
I did notice none of the message notification options in the circle clock work though.

The notifications work in ICS, i haven't tested in JB.
Works well I just don't like that it can't be a systtem ap so you can't use the drawer to add widgets.

Well, you can use the drawer, you're prompted by the desktop with a widget menu that's all lol ^^
forrest89sei had something going with his/hers complicated approach and maybe that does it for widget adding?
The alarm toggle doesn't work, but the clock looks great!

How to fix "this item is not available in your country"

Edit: after alot of reviews, this doesn't work at all, idk how it worked for me precisely, the thing is, I habe done alot of steps and I can't even remember so don't bother yourself and google "this item is not available in your country" and you will find some answers, also you can use vpn in more settings or download a vpn app.
Just don't be shy to ask via this thread or pm, I will be happy to help
You don't have to root your device
1) download and install location spoofer (can be found in play store, tap/click here or just search it)
2) check "allow mock location" box which is found in developer option in settings (some devices should tab 7 times on build number in "about device" to enable developer option

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
P.s I am using a tab
If your device was rooted just copy the location spoofer to /system/app using a root browser or a file manager And set permission to rw-r--r--
3) open location spoofer
4) tap on "select from map"
5) navigate to the location you want which the app is available at (I am just gonna go with the default which the app supports) then tap "use this location"
6) set duration to 500000000 (don't worry about the above)
7) start spoofing, restart and you are done
Just tell me, if it does work or not
Don't forget to hit "thanks" if it worked

If your device rooted then move the apk to system/app from data/app instead of ticking mock location in developer settings

Ok .. theses are the steps I made and please correct me if I am wrong
1.downloaded the apk from the internet
2.but it in data/app
3.install the apk
4.open the apk and choose select from map
5.choose the location
6.put time to 50000000
7.restart
8. Nothing happens
Use root browser or any root explorer to move the app to system/app after you install it
P.s installed apps are saved in /data/app
