I recently upgraded my Samsung galaxy y firmware to DDLA1 but it's Samsung 4*3 keyboard is not working. Can someone give me their keyboard file so I could replace it and use it. I like Samsung Keyboard it's fast and easy. THANKS IN ADVANCE
Download go keyboard, really nice and 2.8inch friendly.
You can extract it from a previous rom. it is just a zip file after all.
If you want to try out a non-stock keyboard, I would recommend Swiftkey 3...Hands down it's the best keyboard out there.
Thanks guys for your help I finally found the Samsung keypad for galaxy y but it's not installing nor it is working after placing other files in their place as said on the site where I downloaded it. I am currently using Touchpad and I think I had to stick to it for now or else I had to flash a stock rom. Can anyone give me the link to Samsung Galaxy Y DDLA1 or latest firmware which is flashable in recovery mode or in CWM I don't like to flash with Odin also try to give me a Deodexed firmware. Thanks again for your help guys

at certain times my galaxy y keyboard does not work...
and it will work only when the phone is restarted....
In some urgent situation i cant even able to type the name of any contact ....
all the other functions are working bt the keyboard makes my things stupid...
i have noticed that when the keyboard is working proprly and if i lock my phone and when i unlock it the keyboard wont works bt
somtimes it works.....
plz cn u help...
n suggest me some ways to solve this irritating error....

While installing on my 5801 i stuck on boot screen
I think this is only for i 5800

hi dear,
this is my first post as android user i bought 5801 four wk back and done something in root and able to run live wallpaper. now today i thought to give upgrade one try and install K1 ver which u r also running and many others after succesfull instllation i saw my home screen and found that Twlauncher is not running and i am getting Force close everytime.
Now i try two more time and same thing happen also there is no icon for setting in menu so i cant see if other things are ok like IMEI no etc...
i am new to this OS and want to know if any other person is having the same problem.

Ok so here is an Update
1) installation succesfull K1
2) Home screen no Twlauncher
3) No wallpaper changer phone book etc
4) Reboot
5) recovery mood +hard reset
6) reboot
WORKING FINE.
now only have to see if there is any change in terms of performace....
my model no changed
i used this firmware on my 5801, now the boot screen says i5800. In kies too it is being recognised as i5800. restoring earlier firmware doesnt help. kindly advise

hello guys .......i was wondering if i make a rom for samsung galaxy tab P1000 ...................it base on touchwiz ux launcher,apps,widgets and etc.
but i trying to put seclauncher2.apk on cyanogenmod 10.1 and remove trabucket launcher but if i start using the rom nothing happen always crash and force close i dont know what happen..............please guys help me
if this launcher is not compatible in this galaxy tab just replay thnk you

heheheheh thnk you to all your feedback but i found some solution i already use seclauncher2.apk . its compatible in cyanogenmod 10.1 but its to small for ,it small icon i want to resize the launcher but i don't know how to resize do you have some tools that can resize launcher.................i already cuztomize the cyanogenmod rom to look touchwiz ux rom ("s3 launcher,s3 icons,s3 setting and etc."

I upgraded my tab to Kitkat but whenever i want to type something the keyboard doesnt show up i need to go to settings then language and input then default and then switch off hardware...so it can work
I have to do this every time i boot
I even tried changing the keyboard but same problem

OK... You're on a custom ROM... Read the thread for said ROM and search "keyboard" in the thread and I bet you find the answer.
Or at least specify which ROM you're on .

And By Mistake I changed permission of build.prop file to write for Group and Others.
Now My Phone is not Opening.

Wifi, Bluetooth, USB Tethering is not working
I installed lollipop extreme rom on my Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 (GT-S7582). but some minor bugs were there,
1) Wifi hotspot tethering was not working
2) Bluetooth internet sharing
3) USB tethering was also having the same problem
Time should be align right as usual, left align is not so good......
useless apps should not be included in this rom.. like too many notification apps are there.
please fix these problem .... rest rom is perfect
