[Q] Kimdecent Android OS TV Dongle

Hey there !
i vave the kimdecent kvd 11 with android os and
Cortex-A9 Amologic 8726-M 1GHz CPU + Mali400 GPU DDR3 512MB
but now the firmware is broken after an update .
can you give me a link for a new firmware ?
with the reset button i can see the bootloader , but now i dosent see him .
WHAT CAN I DOOO ?

I can't find any roms for it but if it was a custom rom, ie it was not the one the device came with, can't you find where you got it from and redownload it?

hello i just bought a kvd11 and ive been trying to find a way to root it or to update it or anything a rom maybe but it always gives a signature error if you can give me any info on how to get around that to actually be able to download anything would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

at androstick.com , you can find anything . sign in and you can
download the firmware 2.3 , 4.0 ics , launcher ...
i search a firmware for usb ethernet adapter ...

there is still no root for this device. i'm still doing research on it

Hi everyone, good news that root is available for this device now. It share the same hardware as Infinitec Pocket TV, so the rooting method is exactly the same.

2 . Can I install apps to USB stick that is properly mounted on this tablet and how ( if its possible ) ?

Its called uberizer and you can root, restore, backup, change bootanimation etc

Google on whether your bootloader can be unlocked. Unlock it. Use fast boot to flsh kernel. And use cwm to flash cm zip file. I know it's not noob friendly but I think the cyanogen mod wiki explained it in great detail so I needn't repeat it

GoClever TERRA 70 tab

Ok people , i just opened the box , and turned on the device , and something is mising , gues what , custom ROM (preffereable CM)) . So i am wondering that is there some custom rom for this device , recovery , root tutorial , I googled all the ****ing things that crosed on my mind at the moment - and nothing ... So PLEASE people if somebody knows something about this tablet , some advice ,anything ,please reply

I hope so too, BUT... I don't think so
See in order to have more info or updates, we MUST have MANY people to be interesting for... in our case it is impossible since not to too many GoClever Tablets are out in the marker. Only a few at Europe...
The bad think is, that the company maker does not support so well there products.
Have you try to contact them officially ?

Nope mate, but i will , i will try to contact paranoid android team , cyanogenmod , and others and see if they are willing to help somehow , imagine cm 10.1 on this tablet , awesomnes ^^ or paranoid android - endless modification - God level bro , trust me first of all we need ROOT access , second custom recovery ( CWM , TWRP ) , and finaly ROM , i dont know whats with bootloader , and kernel ...but we'l see ... I will send you PM if there is some news from my side

Hello mate, I bought the same tablet as you have. Have you got any luck with your quest? And first of all, have you managed to root the tablet?

Ey! I was able to root the tablet thanks to some chinese software and random clicking in its chinese buttons...
But have any of you guys been able to install any custom rom on it? Do you know how to unlock the bootloader?

Hi, I have goclever r70 and rooted the same way you did (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41597959) but now, the next step would be flashing a new recovery. Then theres a small possibility to install cutom roms (which I have found none). If anyone has flashed a recovery image, please write here what model recovery did you use, then it's a starting point

i have a terra 10.1 and i rooted it with kingo root , just search kingo root in your pc download the step and the program will do the job , if uoi fine any costum rom please let me now

[Q] Help . Rockchip tablet

Im not a big tablet user . im a desktop gamer . i have experrience in rooting phones and installing roms .
ive recently been given a proscan plt8223g tablet . wich is i believe a rockchip table. i dont use it much other then web browsing and music . but boy is that thing slower then my grand-ma on prosac . i googled on how i could root it to meaby try a small overclock or install a much liter Rom . its currently on 4.1.1 . anyone here attemted this or can point me in the right direction?? or is this even possible ??? . thanks in advance .

Im new in XDA bt i still knw the system basics on cracking.
bt nw im facing a problem with a clone phone of my sister's. I got the ADB drivers installed in my pc bt i cannot unlock bootloader since booting to fastboot is not working! i tried all the shortcut methods like the volume keys and home keys bt all failed. all i can do is i can boot in to the android system recovery in the phone using cmd (adb reboot recovery) .
i evn used many other softwares like the MTK Droid Tools and Evn many developments tool kits too.
pls do help me t at least root it. i m in need of installing CM 9 or 11 since its OS system is fully weak in function.

Samsung Galaxy S4 {(Made in Vietnam)+i dnt believe it!}

Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately there's really not anything we can do to help with these clone phones, there's just no way to know exactly how they operate, or even if it has an active fastboot mode at all. Plus, because it's a clone you won't be able to find a compatible build of any ROM for it, it might look like a Galaxy but the internals are very different I can assure you, and that's what matters most when flashing a ROM to a device. Sorry we can't help you out on this occasion.
