try to clear data market and or.cleared cache. if u have install an updated of market, uninstall updated may can help fixes. dont forget to reboot device

That will take a little time, since in both apps combined there are more then 100 xml`s to edit (where the majority of work came from travp anyway, see credits) and I`m out traveling atm. But updates aren´t major, so you can still use the current inverted versions.

So I tried that. As the stock MMS app is an update to the system app, disabling the system Messaging app also means the stock app is disabled.
It is really weird that the app should be replaced on reboot.... Is no-one else having this problem?
Would it be possible to get the stock ICS Browser?

On my GN maguro - CM10 - FrancoKernel it's working perfectly !
TinyPlanet View (only for 360° completed pics - little fish-eyed icon on the right of the gallery app ) and the SphereView are nice !!!

No it's not about build.prop, he's using stock recovery that's why.

Just to be clear, this is a zip that we can flash onto ANY phone? and there are no further modifications required? eg, changing build prop etc?

Signed the apk, and installed fine on my non-rooted One S. Don't think any of the fancy features will work like PhotoSphere, but it's good anyway

Gallery, camera, video, panorama and photosphere all work on Evo 3D. half a second lag after taking each photo in photosphere but nothing big.

I j stalled on rooted vzw gs3 milestone 1 ROM. Worked at first now gallery force close and cannot connect to camera. Photosphere was sooo cool too. But wouldn't save the pictures.

Happened to me too. Worked great last night, now freezes after even taking a normal photo. I'll just wait for 4.2. Pretty cool features though.

Links are fine here.
Anyways, download the attachment and push it to system/app/ with 644 permission, or try downloading any of the signed apk and install.

I am getting a conflicting package error with the original aosp calculator. Can you change the package signature?
Doesn't work.
Tried replacing it in System/app, gave it permissions, rebooted.
App doesn't show up in app drawer, even though it says "App Installed" after installing it again from /system/app
Doesn't let you open app.
I'm using dark version.
Testing this on: SGS Vibrant 4.2.1 CM10.1

The main objective was to replace the old calculator. Both have same functionality.

I'm waiting for next release of MIUI. This one is ported from Mi-One, which has a display of 854x480. Will be fixed when I'll grab the apk from a high-res display phone.

I get the same on my nexus 7 on 4.2.1. Like you said, it probably is the resolution.

I already uploaded an XHDPI supporting one . Grabbed from patchrom git.
Edit: Although mine I did the switch differently and its only dark themed one, but patchrom git one is JB only. Just do what I did and merge in the xhdpi stuff from the JB one, its still compatible.

My Galaxy Note 2 looked the same, I adjusted the dpi of the app to 360 and it looks perfect now. I have per-app dpi controls, so that was the simplest solution for me.

I was asking if the package signature could be changed because I don't have a rooted galaxy nexus and thus can't install by moving it to system/app. Trying to install the normal way gives the conflicting package error.

Did you installed the newest Play Services?
After installing them, they started FCing every 20 seconds. Cleaning their data solved the crash (at least temporary). Now rebooting...
