Been waiting for this. The relevant stuff:
Prominent ICs on the bottom of the motherboard:
NVIDIA 1.4 GHz Tegra 3 Processor
Samsung KLMBG4GE4A 32 GB NAND Flash
Micron 2RE22 D9QBJ 2 GB DDR3 SDRAM
Texas Instruments TPS659110 power management IC
Marvell 88W8797-BMP2 wireless MIMO SoC
Wolfson 8962E low power audio codec
Cypress Semiconductor CY8C20466A capacitive touchscreen controller
Yay! Wolfson DAC - good job Microsoft
Also Samsung eMMC - not the crappy budget NAND memory that ASUS uses and is attributed to all the I/O issues
Memory specs from Samsungs eMMC chart:
32GB VHX KLMBG4GE4A-A00x 169-ball BGA 12mm x 16mm eMMC4.41 Class400

Im not sure about the real difference in battery life but according to the referred site:
The NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor offers four cores and a fifth “battery saver” companion core that can be used for side tasks that do not require quad-core power.

The TI OMAP is the all rounder. Doesn't beat anyone but doesn't fail anywhere
Sent from my U8150 using XDA
Tegra 3 is the best but I prefer Mali

WIFI Analyzer:
From the tests,we can easily see that Cube U9GT4 receive stronger wifi signal than Ainol Crystal, though just a little bit.It also gets more scroes from benchmark test.I planed to do a speedtest for two tablets, however;the app can not be compatible in ainol crystal,it's hard to compare two tablets with two different apps,so I quit

Seems like the UMi Zero 2 is coming our way at last. In my opinion, it's a shame that they dropped the awesome design of the UMi Zero 1, but it still looks like a cool handset. Still I do love the fact that the smartphone comes with the new 64-bit processor and 4G connectivity. I couldn't find out yet if this smartphone comes with the same Super AMOLED screen as the first one, but I sure do hope so. I was amazed by the quality of the first models' screen.
