stock is odexed, you need to delete ore move odexed files to sd and than flash thos. I think it will work. Make sure you you keep origanal on sd if not work.

No launcher has jellybean effects. This is a mod to aosp roms in transition animations. Check the thread in first post to see what I'm talking about

I flashed it on AOKP milestone 6, no problems so far.
Just make sure you mount /system.

Not at "stock", but you can find .jar files in the CM10 thread that I edited to get tablet mode.

you must reboot into recovery and flash google apps ,then you will find google play where you can find apps and you should install any file manger, i prefer anttek

What is it exactly that you want the launcher for? Certain features or just the look? Getting certain features like multi Window and such are not as easy as simply installing an apk

EDIT: Did you install the ROM over the correct firmware? i.e. XXDMD1
For now the rom doesn't work if you wipe data... I will upload a fix by tomorrow. Sorry for that

Problem is... I'm going to be doing (and already have done some) a lot of modding to these files... which means i would have to do each twice, and ask for testers everytime.

For now if you simply install without wiping data, it'll work without issues.
Until I find a fix for the issue...
