[Q] Question about sw update i keep getting

i keep defering this update everyday for my s3 i535 phone.my phone is only rooted.used odin & clockworkmod to do so back in june.it had tried to update on its own but failed guess due to my root.i have been getting this update for the past week to 2 weeks now.what is this update?So i have

[Q] Want stock ROM / Recovery image for MT65XX (BP-I9300)

I want a stock ROM / Recovery image for MT65XX (BP-I9300) as I accidently deleted(Flashed) my Recovery image of my BP-I9300(MT65XX) . Where can I get it?

Luckily,I did succeed in getting in extracting my original rom from my phone ,but with a custom recovery. So it works for me. If it matches any phone.this is my recovery:
