Have you updated on JB?
If yes, I think that is a recurring problem when the TF300TG is update on JB.
try to read this : Census TF300TG / TL 3G failed

Yes, I'm on JB.
The table arrived to my hands already with JB(so I "didn't" upgrade it) and 3G worked about 3 times (notice that those 3 times i removed and inserted the card) and yesterday stopped working.
Is there any way to legally and oficially revert to ICS?
Thanks

Hello
It is not possible to return in ICS
I contacted ASUS for that, it tells me that this is impossible.
I hope that the developers of XDA will find a solution for this.
The least of XDA developers, are good and their work is superb
From where my esteem for them

probably its not the same problem you are having but yesterday, switching my sim card from my 300tg to a phone and back, my 300tg stopped signing on to my mobile operator (even after a complete shut down), was stuck in roaming for some reason.
I've solved that by going to mobile network preferences, mobile operator, find network and chosing manually my operator, then after it signed on switching back on the auto chosing.

Rooted Samsung I9000 sim card not detected

Hi All,
I've just got an Samsung Galaxy S that is coded to a provider network.
So far so good ...
After I've installed an application and root the phone and then unroot it, my pone doesn't recognize my sim card ...
If I navigate to the Mobile Network from Settings then I get No SIM card inserted.
Facts to take into consideration:
- I have restarted the phone;
- I have applied a factory reset and lost all my data except music and files I've got on it;
- I have shacked the SIM card a little bit;
- I didn't applied a hard reset to it;
- I did tried to put a different provider SIM card and the message I get is to insert PIN then is asking for the UNLOCK NETWORK PIN;
- I am able to log in the phone but with no service
Please note that when starting / restarting the phone I get no Insert PIN popup
Anyone has an ideea why ?
I've got the same problem saptaru.
No sim card is detected in my Galaxy S.
If you happen to solve it, please, do not forget to post a comment.
After dialing #*1234# I can read:
PDA:
PHONE: Unknown
CSC:
I guess the IMEI cannot be recognized by the phone.
At least, I wrote it before rooting and flashing.
Any help will be highly apreciatted!
Hello,
After several restarts, hard reseting the phone and enable-disable networking I still get the sim card removed from time to time ... I don't really know how to debug this... if there is anyone on this forum with the right experience in order to debug the system please write me and maybe we can find a solution.
I must mention that I have unlocked my phone and also rooted it.
Thanks allot !
I have same problem now, can anyone help.
well my sim card has been identified but i can't seem to register on the network.....thats as far as i got as a noob with my first android (xperia x8)......can someone help me from here on......
i get nothing from sims from various networks, it doesn't even register as having a sim in it...
unlocked and darkys rom... driving me crazy, it basically a large mp3 player at the moment...
Maybe have installed the wrong ROM. i9000 has many bases and radios. I had this problem installing 900mhz ROM on a 850mhz sim.
Good luck

Hmm, ok this might be the issue, flashing the htc desire is so much simpler!!
Will try to find correct radios and stuff again...

Have the same problem here. Have you managed to find a solution?
Hi everyone, I don't know if anyone is still interested but I've found that putting the phone into flight mode and then rebooting seems to work, because when I then turn flight mode off it asks me for my pin code and service is restored. As long as the IMEI folder is still in the efs folder then things should be fine.
Hope this helps for anyone who is here or just stumbles across this.
I've had the same problem > Sim Card not found.
I went to the Vodafone repair center today they said the phone had water damage.
Its never been near any water ever-they said that it could have happened months ago - "perhaps you hand wet hands once?". Its still in warranty but the apparent water damage means the warranty its now invalid. So now I'm stuck with an expensive video/audio player with WiFi access. Any help or progress with this issue would be great. Thanks
I fixed the issue bu flashing a working Modem from another rom. Just extract the modem.bin and flash it with odin
sim not discoverable

[Q] 3G module wrong pin on Revolver ROM

Hello profs,
I have a problem with activating the 3G module on my transformer.
After installing the 3G Enabler the tablet reboots and asks me for the pin. But the pin is alway wrong and I cant activate the tablet until I plugged out the SIM card.
I installed the latest Revolver ROM 3.11 and the update to 3.11.1. After this I installed the 3G enabler. And then, as I said, the pin authetification is always unsuccessful.
Without 3g enabler the pin auth in fine, but no internet connection is available.
I reflashed the rom a few times to try out the effect of germanboy4u (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1173230&page=529)
But with no luck.
Please can anybody help me or maybe has the same problem or is there a trick/workaround to solve the problem?
I have a B80 stepping TF101G. maybe this is helpful.
Thanks a lot for your help!!
Hi,
Same problem here ; tells me the pin code is wrong...
I tried everything Black-Shock tried without any luck.
I have the same rom, and a B80 too.
If anyone can help
Thanks a lot,
Noux
Hey again.
I found out, that the only way to get the 3G module run is to deactivate the pin on the sim card.
Therefore you have to put the sim into a mobile phone and deactivate the pin with the phone.
After this, put in the sim into the transformer again and it should work. (And a friend told me, that you dont need to install the 3g enabler for the internal module).
Is it planed to change this in a future version of revolver?
Ok, forget what i've said before.
You don't need to install 3G enabler and you don't need to deactivate the pin on your sim card.
Just flash the image and after the first boot, go to the mobile network settings and create a new accesspoint entry.
For Vodafone in Germany you only have to set the apn adress.
Ready!

XT926, sim card problem

Hello all,
I recently got the XT926 from Ebay. The phone had CM 10.2 ROM installed when I got it and it could detect my SIM card. Everything worked almost fine. I was able to access the internet through HSDPA and I was able to make calls. However I had issues with not being able to send SMS and MMS. I couldnt save the SMSC number so I decided to install the stable release of CM 10.1. I wiped, and flashed CM10.1 using TWRP that already existed in the phone. Now, after that, the phone will no longer detect any SIM cards no matter what operator or ROM I use. I live in Sweden and I'm using the GSM network. Wifi and all other functions work fine.
I even installed the official VRZ_XT926_9.8.1Q-79-1_CFC.xml but still its not able to bypass the activation screen because it wont detect any sim cards.
Any idea or suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks in advance

No SIM card | Emergency calls only

Hi everyone,
I have bought a new Galaxy s6 from France (SFR but Sim-free), I tooked it home to Israel and put my sim card and all worked fine but in the version He havent Hebrew in language so I flashed the stock ROM official of Israel from sammobile.com and all worked excellent.
I was one day with the phone and bad surprise... after some hours, without I do something the phone give me a message "No SIM card | Emergency calls only". if I try to call it give me a message "No registred at network". I try to put another sim, i try to flash it back to stock rom of sfr, i try all wiping option and nothing.
What is the most strange is if pull out the sim tray (with a sim card) it give me a message "SIM card removed. Unable to detect you SIM card. Your device will restart tocheck for your SIM card".and if I pull it in it message me "SIM card added. Restart device to access mobile networks." so I believe the sim tray is ok...
Anyone can help me please?
This looks like you have not activated the region lock. When you buy any S6 or S6 edge it comes region locked. To unlock it you have to make a 5 min phone call using a sim from the region you bought it in. Once the call is made the region lock is removed. It does state this on a sticker on the side of the box of the phone.
But the phone worked perfrect at the start... it's normal?
I cant answer that issue sorry but all samsung phones now carry a region lock and have to be used in their region of purchase first.
i tried anything but the phone dont give any option to put code of unlock anywhere
Hey may be i can help...
Try this...
Step 1. At first you will need to get a foreign SIM card.
Step 2. Now turn off your device and Insert the SIM card.
Step 3. Turn on your device.
Step 4. Tap on the Dial pad and type here the code “ *#197328640#”.
Step 5. Now select these options step by step- “ [1] UMTS >> [1] Debug Screen >>
[8] Phone Control >> [6] Network Lock >> Options [3] Perso SHA256 OFF ”.
Step 6. Go back to your device home screen.
Step 7. Here you should see a “Network Lock” message, now you choose “[4] NW Lock
NV Data INITIALIZE“.

You can also bring your unit to local Israeli Samsung store for warranty repair.
The region lock does not require a code to be entered nor can a code be entered. Its automatic. When new you need to make a 5 min phone call with a sim card from the region you bought the phone then it unlocks automatically. For example I bought mine in the UK but am using it while working in saudi. Before leaving the UK I made a 5 minute call with my uk EE sim card. Phone now happily accepts my saudi sim card.
The same problem happened to me, I am Iran
I could not yet solved
One solution to this problem does not have a friend?
is happen to me too, i make the 5 minutes call in the UE. When i came back to argentina the phone read my countrry sim card at first. work well for a month and then happen the same thing. Any possible solution to this problem??

I have the same issue as above. The only difference is I still use the phone in Uk (O2 unlocked phone with Ee sim). After flashing another rom then returning to stock (but unbranded stock firmware, not the original O2 one) i lost capacity of giving / receiving calls / texts, some weeks later. Since then i tried flashing several stock roms (O2, Ee and unbranded) but i haclve the same issue. I wiped, advanced wiped with twrp reinstalled roms but same issue. I would appreciate a lot any advice.

Question Only 2g network after OneUI 5.0 Stable update

Device: SM-S908E/DS
Region: India
Carrier: Airtel
OS: Android 13 (One UI 5.0 Stable)
I have been facing network issues after installing the latest OneUI 5.0 stable update officially through the Samsung OTA. Immediately after the reboot, the network automatically switched to 2G and hasn't upgraded to 4G LTE/5G since then. During the beta, I had 5G working for 3-4 weeks flawlessly.
Is someone else facing the same issue? I have since done a complete factory reset twice, sideloaded the latest stable update manually via adb. What else can I try? Samsung and Airtel both have asked me to wait 15 days to get this issue resolved.
Try that sim in another phone. Some airtel sims are falling
I have the same kind of issue after UI 5.0 update - Belgium European version.
I 'm randomly missing calls, don't receive sms. Tried sim card in another device no issue. Only way to solve is going in airplane mode and going back to normal mode but it does not solve the issue.
Also did factory reset but it did not solve the issue. Hoping November update to come with fix or new kernel/modem.

Hello Mario,
I managed to solve it by removing my secondary sim card, it seems that it was conflicting with the main one. Since then no more issues but it was 3 months ago and did not test back with two sim cards and i got 4 or 5 updates since then.

Maybe tro to move your sim card from one slot to the other one and test back. Also try with another sim card if possible, or with your current sim card in another phone.

Can i contact samsung for replace or from my service provider where i got it?
Register you device with emei on Samsung site and ask for repair, i think it's always better to pass by Samsung directly. Hope you kept the invoice.
