On Megatron there is some sort of app included where you can put your shortcuts on the black taskbar below, how is it called and is it in the app store ?
It's some sort of launce bar, but it's integrated in the black bar below.
Or is it a theme maybe?
You need to get the app call Megatron Parts. With that you can set what apps appear on the task bar.

Search for 'transparent curtain 2.1' and 'Lucarps transparent slider' You'll find plenty.
Alternatively try MaxTTM, an app that will do what you want. The curtains you will able to remove without issue and the slider by way of an add-in component.
Do you mean the transparent taskbar and softkey bar? Transparent taskbar and softkey bar are only transparent with the Titanium homescreen and start menu (if Titanium is the active homescreen).
Using Manila (seems you are doing) will cause the bar to appear be solid. Now you can do a trick where you use your background as the images for the taskbar/softkey bar... and make them slightly darker. They'll still be solid but have the matching background image on them to appear transparent.
Using the Manila trick will cause the images to be visible in ALL apps; where the default Titanium will switch back and forth from solid to transparent depending on the app.
I've just installed PhoneAlarm, but an ugly icon shows up in the task bar. I would like it to be a black & white icon and also have a more central position on the task bar, because on some screens it is placed over text.
Does anyone know how I can change this (I have the icon changer app installed), or maybe someone is willing to make a nice, simple B&W icon?
Best solution is disable the taskbar icon and use kisja's mod to replace the operator name on the Sense homescreen with the profile name. Well thats what I do anyway.
Thanks CrazyC! I just found out how to hide the icon (under Host Settings, hidden mode) so for now the problem is solved.

i was wondering if there are any themes that have a black notification bar instead of the ol' white one. im currently using GO Launcher theme and i am rooted.
as for the second part: i wanna change my icons in the app drawer to different icons. like when u pull up the drawer and see all system apps and other apps. is there a way to change those icons without having to apply a theme?
I have had c rom on my phone but now I´m on carbon rom. This rom doesn´t have App Circle Bar option. Does it exist an app that can do the same?
I'm not too sure about other apps that do the circle app bar but you can find the straight bar version from c-rom on the appstore, it's called @ppbar if that's any help.
I have installed a white theme that i really like but now the text from status bar can't be seen as it is also white. Is there any way without root to change text colour or background? Changing the theme picture top could also be an option if i could find it and paint it dark but it's downloaded from theme store. Can it be found and be modified?

I once had an app called super status bar installed. It doesn't affect the original status bar (because AFAIK that's not possible without root) - but it replaces it completely and you can customize it then freely.
There are probably several other status bar replacement apps on the Play Store too, there should be something fitting for you.
