Help! Is it possible to install Russian language into it ? What rom ?

I have Galaxy 4G and D1 rom without Russian language! Maybe it is possible to make rom with Russian language ? Please help!

[Completed] camera crashes acip rom 10.0 release d2spr

So i've been looking around this site and other places and i know this is a common occurrence for the acip rom 10.0 release for d2spr and i found vauge answers i'm just looking for a way to fix the camera so it doesn't cause a boot crash or find a camera app that i can use i already tried stock camera and camerea fv-5.
