"Devil Buster" - my android game and a 2d engine. - Android Apps and Games

Hi guys,
For a few month now I have been developing a 2d engine for android, as well as a game in it which I called "Devil Busters".
At this point, I wanted to show you how far I got. You can download the first 3 levels from
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=engineDemo.com
in case you like it and have a blog/facebook/twitter, you can help fund the project by sharing this link
indiegogo.com/projects/259138?a=1593989
Thanks!

A game engine that allows you to create angry birds clones?
How original.
If, however, you're just showing the physics capabilities of your engine and you can actually build games that are not related to angry birds, then great work.

Thanks for the reply. ) I'm not saying, that my engine should be used to make CLONES, rather I'm trying to explain for what kind of games it is suited the most. :cyclops:

50 Games Video

If you're new to android like me, it's not obvious where to find great games. This little video that I saw on engadget is a great starting point.

what do u mean where do you find them? they are all in the android store. Theres little green captions that come up and tell you the names of each app if that was your question.
As a direct result of that video I went out and bought Shoot U! ($2.99) and LightUp ($1.99)
I don't game a ton on my phone but I love the puzzle/time passer type games for when I am waiting for something for anything more than 10 minutes
Jewels
Sudoku
Robo Defense
Solitaire
LightUp
Shoot U!
Good enough for me

turn-based strategy games?

Are there any good turn-based strategy games out there on Android? I came across the old Military Madness game and had some nostalgic fun which got me to wondering. Or any oldies I can play on emulators?
I'd also like to play some of the old LucasArts/Sierra adventure games but I think I read the ScummVM doesn't work on newer versions of Android is that correct?
gbcoid and gameboid are the best gameboy emulators. If you don't want to pay for an emulator that lets you save, I use GVBA for my gameboy rpg needs...
i have gameboid and i usually look for turn based rpgs, some examples i got are pokemon, final fantasy, fire emblem, golden sun, riviera - the promised land
www.conquerclub.com
It's obviously not an app, but it's the best turn-based strategy game out there and you can use it on your phone via the browser.
Thanks I'll check it out. Been trying to install some SNES strategy roms and when I get them to download and/or work, half the time it's in Japanese which doesn't make it too easy to play, lol.
You might want to check out UniWar. I tried it on my old iphone, and they ported it over to Android. I'm not sure how large the online population is anymore though.
Advance War 1 and 2 are the best

[GAME][4.1+] 2D Memory Card Game

Hey,
Here is my simple memory card game which I released recently.
(except for a few countries at the moment)
There nothing special to it, just matching 2D cards and stuff
Developed with the cocos2d-x 3.17.1 engine for Android and iOS.
Basically you simply find matching pairs. There are alternative modes available and also includes a "Boss" fight where you simply play against an AI.
If anyone has any questions(tech, engine used for the game) or feedback, please let me know
Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.SleiTec.MagicalPairs
iOS:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/magical-pairs/id1464924584
Thanks
I tried your game, it has an eye-catching graphics but I think I would be better if the animations were a little bit faster.
