I have HtC incredible optus austrailia version. I recently flashed android revolution hd ics rom in it but when the device reboots it stucks on white screen with htc logo. i have no where to go, its stuck there and i cant recover my old software as well.

I have a softbank HTC Desire, and I recently rooted it and flashed it to "emoji support. HTC-Softbank-1.18.762.7-rooted-busybox-Mms.apk.jakeMod9-emoji-signed.zip"
Now when my phone boots, I can see the softbank logo, but when the HTC logo should appear, the screen goes black, and I can only hear the HTC logo noise. It's like the OS is loading, but the screen is all black.
When I boot into HBOOT and select recovery mode, the phone just gets stuck on the softbank logo screen.
If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it! I have no idea what I am doing, and I an hoping to god my phone isn't destroyed because I loaded some fake android OS..
Here is what happened: I just rooted my phone using unrevoked3 and downloaded Rom Manager From the Market, then I pressed Backup Current Rom. After loading for a while the phone started rebooting endlessly! It always gets stuck on the HTC logo screen and then it tries to reboot again! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I recently rooted with CM7... Like it but i did it while i was at work and didnt have time to really play with it so I tried to restore my latest Nand backup and after reboot im stuck on the white htc evo 4G screen. I NEED HELP!
Yesterday I rooted my phone for the first time and installed the htc sense 3.0 on my htc desire hd through rom manager.
Firstly, I did a backup of my rom with rom manager.
I didn't like htc sense 3.0 with gingerbread so I decided to get back to my original rom, so I entered rom manager and selected "restore"
the phone had done some stuff, restarted, then blocked to the HTC logo.
I waited for 20 minutes and nothing happened so I removed the battery and started the phone again.
The phone stucks at HTC logo.
However, I know that the htc is not running any software right now.
how can I make it work and install my original rom from a not starting desire hd?
I managed to enter the sd card by entering recovery mode and mounting it.
I'll install the rcmix hd rom again.
Do you know where can I find some orignal htc desire hd roms?

I have tried updating to 2.3.5 in my htc desire s which i got from OTA.
While installing I have got into white screen with hTC on it. now I am not ableto switch off or switch on the phone. It is hanged there. removed the batterry after the stuck for one day all night. but it still remains in white screen.can anyone please help me out
