Since I had to Google who he was, no I will not answer his question. Apparently he is now a "venture partner" at Google, whatever that is. I don't know what possessed him to ask a question like that considering the phone in question is an Android phone, but either way, I just can't make myself care enough to answer him lol.

common sense and you. if the phone keeps loading something you don't want it to load every time you go into bootloader, perhaps you should remove the thing it's loading.
