I just bought this phone used and it had cm10 on it. Is there no notification LED? i thought there was one. If there isnt, can you enable the buttons to glow when you get a notification?

for some reason I can't seem to figure out how to disable these lights. And they are really bothering me.
They keep flicker when I got a notification.
IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN, usually in the settings there is LED option. And from there U can control these (I had the vibrant and remember from there). But I don't have such menu here with my G2x ):

[Q] How can I remove the "AT&T" or "HOME" from the menubar, lockscreen, etc?
I'm not sure if it's called the "banner" or what, but does anyone know how to remove the text which appears in the menubar (upper-left corner) and on the lockscreen above the clock? Mine currently says "HOME." Is it a 'network operator'? Anyways, I thought I remember someone mentioning editing an eri.xml file, but I cannot see to find it.

Temporary solution: download notification toggle from the market. It's an excellent app and you can set statusbar notification to transparent hiding the at&t logo.

This is apparently a problem that cant be truly solved until we have an unlocked bootloader. The only option I know of for now it to have an app with a persistent status bar notification.
Just installed the Kang ROM, love it, but when i get a new email or any notification the notification sound goes of and will not stop until i pull down the notification menu, please help. I'm sure i'm looking right at it, ugh....

i am using Tasker to show some notifications. The notfication uses the Holo Light Icon Pack provided by Crafty Apps:

After playing with the new notification feature in Lollipop i disabled the notifications for this Icon Pack (long press on notification
and pressing the little bell) and i am no longer receiving these notifications (stupid me ... thought i can reactivate them easily)
I wanted to re enable this notifications but the Icon Pack is not shown in the list of apps which can be managed with
the build in notification center (Sound and Notification).
Is there any way to re enable the notification for this package by manipulating a file or database.

After testing a little bit i got a workaround for my problem.
I can change the Title of the notification in Tasker. After this the notification appears again.

Edit: Nope, i dont know why the notification appeared for a moment. But it is gone again...

Ok. After searching another hour i found the right keyword combination to find the answer to my problem.
It was a Layer 8 Problem. I just applied a notification filter .....

That is the 'do not disturb' notification sound setting. The next up (for me) is vibrate, and then sound.
