We are actually Running Jelly Bean. it is just themed to look like ICS in the build prop and everything, and Acid intentionally removed Project: Butter because it made the phone too laggy. I know, ironic right? Acid didn't want everyone to go crazy.

I think it was meant as a joke. He's not really a dev.
And yeah, there is something wrong with asking for etas. Its annoying to the devs and makes you look like you don't appreciate the time and effort the dev puts into his work

I never implied he was.
He never even asked for an ETA.
He simply asked a question.
Maybe we'd make progress if we talked about what the problem is, what we need to get it fixed, etc. Rather than just keep trolling and making useless replies.

I'm just curious to know why there isn't already a fully working jellybean rom for this phone? I'm coming from a slightly less advanced phone (LG optimus t) and there are already two users who have built a jb rom? Despite the source, the mod is actually legit. I read about it on lifehacker and just tried it myself. Some of the tweaks I chose worked, some failed. Overall, it seems like it could be a really good tool, but getting everything to work for every device is gonna be tough.
