Panoramic Camera?

Are there any good apps for taking panoramic pictures? It's really cool once you've done it, and it would be really cool to be able to do it on my evo

I'm pretty sure its possible i just don't know if anyone is actually working on creating an app for it though

vignette app lists the feature of panaroma but i have not tried it yet

I tried Vignette. The panoramic shot only edits a regular camera photo (so it's only one photo).

I would love this it was such a great feature on my touch pro I'm surprised it's not on the evo I thought all htc phones had em considering hd2 got it. Pc36100? Evo? D:

Yep, I moved over from the touch pro also and really miss that feature. I used it all the time. There has to be something out there for panoramic pics.

I also have been using PhotoStitch and its the best app I have found so far for this. Just dont move in between shots or it doesnt line up quite right.

3d upgrade

Hi guys first post in here getting upgrade soon was looking at the 3d looks good share it really like a quick good phone or just a gimmick other options desire hd HTC sensation se arc or play

If you don't think 3D is something you are going to use there is only really one choice phone and that's the Galaxy S2, I certainly wouldn't get the Sensation or arc over that phone its far far better in every way.
Having had a Sensation for a week and sent it back as I thought it was poor, had the GS2 which was mint phone but I sold it as I wanted a 3D phone and very happy with it, can't say how long I will use it mind might get the Iphone 5 when its out .

I like gaming on the phone but not sure what the battery drain is like also like watching movies are you able to just press the 3d button and it will change any movie to 3d or does it have to be shot in 3d

You can convert videos to 3D but the effect sometimes doesn't come out good.

DVDFab does a nice job of converting 2Dto3D.

Oh right I have that but older version dont think that I have that option any chance of pm me a link

But is it any better than the O3D itself doing the conversion?
I tried a few video files and they have to be a good resolution for the 2D to 3D to work on the O3D itself. However it does work really really well.

[request] Buddy photo scene from gs2?

Hey guys, can anyone port over a simple scene from the gs2? It's the scene where you take a pic for example of a friend and then you take another pic of your friend and it's side by side but but the images blend in with each other if that makes sense? I think it was called buddy photo or something.

Well, you could try decompiling the camera.apk I attached in this post from the galaxy s1 and port it or just use this instead https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=br.cloneme&hl=en

Yeah i decompiled it (its really not hard) but the problem is thats a gb app. It wont work on jellybean. Also I have no friggin clue where the twin me feature is in the mess of files.

I've wanted this plus a few other cool camera effects that were on previous Samsung phones. I actually began using SynergyROM because those cam effects including add me were listed as being included in the changelog. Unfortunately, I don't think the effects were ever successfully added and am still hoping someone will figure it out at some point.

Seems like a fun thing to play around with, but I almost never hold my phone directly facing my eyes. I tried using the smart stay feature before I switched to an AOSP ROM and it seemed to give me more trouble than it was worth. It's a great idea though. Maybe they need to put a second fisheye camera on the front of the device to detect eye movement in a greater area

Well said! It's a gimmicky feature that I'd never use, but its cool that they're trying new stuff.
