Fantastic thanks guys looks awesome
Just to let you know as i can't get a logcat for you, had the call audio bug tried to reflash kept failing then tried to reboot got black screen just wiped everything and reflashing from scratch.Using TWRP
Ya a wipe and reflash worked call audio is working again

Flashed a bit ago and only one bug to report as of now. Go to settings -> Personalize, tapping on the "Power Menu" settings causes a force close.
Other than that, everything seems to be quick and smooth, just the way I like it!

OMG I've been dying for this day to come. And finally the wait has come to an end. Thanks a million for this. Cant wait to flash this on my device. My Skyrocket is going to be so happy now. It is getting the love that it has always wanted. AOcP finally!!! Is this a dream? Nope it is reality.

Awsome!
Thanks guys for the efforts put forth! Cant wait to give it a whirl! See what it is all about.

Powermenu options accepted. Will be fixed soon, and ROM updated.
Thanks for the feed back.
Tip:
Turn on quick reply in the MMS settings.
Faulty code in MMS prevents you from getting text message notification if this feature is off.
Also to be fixed soon.

Salvage Mod 1.2.1 Gingerbread!!
Salvage Mod is a group project. Currently it is Barnacles10, Lithid, and I (Echoside). We have been working hard to get this up and running and would like to thank Preludedrew for helping me out on a few issues I ran into while compiling it, ctso and Cyanogen for some of the files I snagged from them. Also like to thank r2doesinc for helping us get 8MP camera working!
If it wasn't for Shinzul, Toastcfh and Teamwin, Salvage-Mod still wouldn't have wimax. Thank you guys for your great work!
WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR PHONE.

Good rom - like the last builds from the other thread.
But is seems to be not the latest gapps! Gallery is still not the newer one. There has been posted a gapps package in the other thread with a gallery that has more options and working picasa sync. I don't know if other gapps from this package are also newer...
What I've noticed in this release is that the light for software keys works now Now I don't have to blind guess the buttons

has been working since the last 3? Betas or so...
Noticed one bug, it was also present in previous builds. When installing an application from SD card on the screen with the progress bar, after fully installed, if you rotate the screen it shows that the application is still installing and it doesn't finish. Don't know any other way of explaining it

This is an ongoing developer project to make way for a modification that will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the experience of your phone. I know you've seen tablet mode roms before, they change two lines in your build.prop file which you could easily edit yourself in seconds and maybe throw a keyboard in there to make it work better. It's a start, but this ain't enough. This thing has potential, but it is wasted the moment you try to stuff a full blown tablet into your poor phone. Yet we all know our high res phones can very well handle more than silly 1-column layouts. So the magic must be in between somewhere, a place that Google must have overlooked and left blank. Yes, this rom strives to drop your device into tablet mode, but it won't stop there, it will reshape and redefine ICS to make it all a useful addition and not just a cute novelty. we're calling it: Hybrid Mode, best of both worlds.

Haha wow saw them, it actually looks pretty cool, good idea
That's actually pretty slick.
wow!! nicely done!!
I would give this a try, but the HTC keyboard is a must. No keyboard on the market even compares. Paid or free.
However, thanks for the hardwork and I hope you get the responses from the XDA community you expect. I think you will.
Thanks again for a change.

Just one reboot so far but I lost the entire nav bar on the bottom of the phone. Its very nice I will try it again as she matures more thanks for the new look I like how the menus open open up all the way
Hmm, still looking into this reboot thing. Working with the ParanoidAndroid team atm, hopefully I should be able to dish out something epic within the next few days!
Too many reboots for me, so I had to restore but really loved the look and idea of this rom after playing with it for a while, keep up the good work bro

Take your time
Just downloaded this but seems ppl reported some reboots I will wait for new version Really love idea! take your time we will wait
Hi Gtj94, look great.
Is it have feature to switch between Phone UI and Tablet UI like Paranoid ROM, and Hybrid settings support Per App Layout (PAL) and Per App Density (PAD) ?
Really love Paranoid rom on my HD2
This rom made love my sensation again.
After playing with it for about 4 hrs, i must say that it looks promising. speed and responsivness are good ( antutu [email protected]). bugs that i found: after installing an app from (play store or from sd-card), it gives you a reboot and it`s saying that mobile network has problems. in settings>phone gives reboot.
It seems like the reboots are the only problem here.
You did a great job and i`ll use this as my daily driver

A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!
I plan on updating this and adding features on a pretty regular basis, so if you happen to like this, keep checking back.

Not sure what your trying to install from the page linked. I just downloaded the Walkman and album zips and flashed them it does bring in the launcher but,I don't have an issue with that
This is the JB Beanstalk ROM development thread, not the "how do I get an unrelated app and/or launcher installed" thread. Please keep chatting about non-related things either on the Q/A if it's actually related to this ROM, or outside that if it's just a general question.
^^^ Agreed
If you install something that doesn't come with said ROM, then support will be nil since you modified the original package.
Either find a thread with the Apollo issues or start a new one in Q&A please and thanks.

Beast had asked to let him if this worked because he also dislikes Apollo. I figured this would be an optional item he might like to use in future development.
So thanks to the awesome work by noiphonehere i got BeanStalk to build with aries kernel
so again thanks noiphonehere getting us latest kernel so fast!!!
update will come out shortly and will include the following:
aries-proton kernel ( added a few things from noiphonhere source, fast charge, cpufreq changes and ezeeqeel deep idle mainly)
updated to latest Beanstalk 1.230 which is awesome it has the sidebar feature
ffc was borked when i forked teamuserdebug kernel so i made a few edits to device tree and it works 100% for me now
may I ask how you fixed FFC?
Also, I made a truck load of changes recently to the kernel, so you may wish to merge git.
