Do you know how to disable CPU & GPU overclock on AOKP ROM (build 4) ?
set on boot won't work, it will always restore to 1200 MHz

I am on cm9.0 and I want to over clock my CPU but I dint find any options to overclock ..so I flashed semaphore ics kernel..but when I over clock through the app semaphore(one which I got after flashing semaphore kernel)my system crashes!!...any idea how to over clock ?

keep maximum free ram as possible by installing only required apps and uninstalling those not required , freezing those rarely required
you can overclock while gaming (at your own risk ) . don't overclock to a very high value
don't keep any apps open I'm background while gaming
I would recommend official cm7 , it is best for gaming

No oc kernel available for kk yet.

Provided Developer options is activated go to performance>Processor>Maximum CPU frequency
Now set it to any vales less than 1000MHz.
That's it. Save energy means a lot for our device.
