Sony Nexus X Leaked - Android General

A couple of pictures have popped up on Picasa supposedly showing a new Nexus smartphone from Sony dubbed the “Sony Nexus X”. It could be real but it also could be an elaborate fake. There is no Xperia branding on this at all.
There have been rumours of multiple Nexus smartphones this year, but we have seen no hard evidence of such a phone up until this post. For that reason, we find it hard to believe that these images are real, but you never know. What do you think – real or fake?

Yes, that's the new Market that Google is rolling out. Most custom ROMs include it already, but it will eventually be pushed to all (2.2+) phones.

awesome... it's definitely alot cleaner than the older version.
Thanks for the response
Yeah, it's a much nicer aesthetic... a little Windows Phone 7-ish with the tiles, but I'd consider that a good thing. Hopefully this is the beginning of a new look for the other Google apps, too... some of them need a makeover badly.
It was pushed to my phone a few days ago. I like the look of it.

Bump bumper bumpin
For sure is one with 3D technology
>south korea
it's definitely a samsung.
also the silver border around the camera is a pretty good clue. dunno which model tho
At best, I could guess a Samsung something.
The camera border looks like a GSII, but its way too thick to be one.
It could be something other than Samsung though, you never know.
It seems that they are using a 3D phone since they are wearing 3D glasses. But I haven't heard of any 3D phone that needs 3D glasses being released yet.

Very nice UI, can't fault it. Fast too. Would like to see a single item widget similar to Flipboard or Newstand as well as the stack widget, that's about the only (minor) issue I have. It's a keeper anyway.
on Nexus 7, on articles/news part in middle, there are big space on the left and on the right, not like the picture you posted above...
in addition, many duplicate news listed...
Thanks sinkster and jazzespresso for the feedback.

Looks nice but they could of matched the color better on their part
Well, they ARE Chinese-made and are barely noticeable for the most part. One of them doesn't fit exactly like it should, but is secure enough that I haven't had any problems.
I'm just happy to finally have a metal band on my watch.
I got them off of Amazon if anyone's curious.
I saw a bunch that are actually on Amazon and top-rated PLUS they are matched to color. Check out my list of Gear S2 Stuff >

Question Why is this part of my phone name?

I purchased an open box phone and see "(359J)" in the phone name. Any ideas why that is? Should I be concerned with anything?

That's the 4 letter/digit combo Samsung assigned the watch so you know which one it is when pairing it to a phone
Ahh ok. So all phones have that in their names? I have seen some screenshots and videos of people's phones on the bootup screens and haven't seen that.
Anyway, sounds like it's all good and nothing to worry about. Thanks!
Here's mine
You can change it from default using the Galaxy Wear app.
I guess that nobody has noticed that these are the last 4 characters of the serial number. Lmao
