Have used CWM on many devices with success. Have installed TWRP on my 7.7 and so far works well. Something to consider. Read about it here.
Thanks for th answer man....so TWRP is the best choice for the p6810, isn't it?

You're welcome. Works well for my 6800. Check compatibility but would be surprised if it doesn't. Might search that thread.

Hi!
I've just bought an HTC One S, and I'm coming from an HTC Desire.
On my Desire I've always had Clockworkmod recovery, but now I see that the most common recovery tool for the One S is TEAMWIN recovery.
Does TWRP have something better or new or any reason to change my usual recovery?
Anyone tried booth and could help me?
Thanks a lot!

With TWRP 2.3. you can flash all roms. Don't no but some of roms, can't be flashed with new version. There is no drama-everething works fine with this old version.
As some of you might be aware of, in Brazil Samsung sells the model GT-S6313T under the acronym of Galaxy Young TV Duos, with dual chip support and Digital TV reception functionalities. I happen to have one of those phones and was wondering whether it could be possible to use any custom ROM in it, such as the one for S6310 for instance. Have you ever had any experience in that?
Thanks a lot, Lucas.

Hello Lucas!
You can install any Young Duos (S6312) ROM, TV patch, and it will work like a charm
I don't have experience with S6310 ROMs. Anyway, I imagine that it will work, but may have some (few) bugs
I hope that you are right! I got recently the brazilian version of the Samsung Young Duos called " S6293T " as a gift. But it is really slow and I would like to root and custom rom it. Do you or anyone else have a suggestion which programms from which phone models i could use safely? Because apparently the "S6293T " model does not exist here
Thanks in advance guys!

Hi @MiskoMKT
Your model is called Samsung Galaxy Young Plus TV. I don't know if a S6312 ROM will work in your device. If you really really know what you're doing, you can make a test, and revert things back if anything goes wrong. But if you have doubts, or don't have experience with installing custom ROMs, I highly recommend you to don't install S6312 ROM in your S6293T, as you can lose your device.

Your device is Broadcomm based, S631X ROM's won't work with your device. No matter what you do.

Thanks for the hint, had planned to give it a try this week. But not anymore
Do you maybe have an idea if it is possible to root my phone type or upgrade it in terms of software?
Thanks again!

Rooting should be fairly easy if you have a custom Recovery, but I don't know about any Software upgrades..

Thanks for the answer
That is my problem, finding a custom ROM which is suitable for my type of phone. It seems barely impossible after LONG research and feel that this phone has some extra power inside, where just the right kernel+custom rom input is missing..
HELP Guys
I could maybe look at creating a recovery for you if I have time left but I can't do more, as I require the phone to do more work with it..

You have no idea how much of an favor you would do to me with this. There is no chance of using a custom rom for my device though?
However, THANKS!

They have this cool feature called search on the forum. It is real nifty. It allows a person, much like yourself to search for the answers to questions that are asked a lot, or considered rudimentary. You should check it out. It will greatly help you. As the nice guy I am here is a link to the info you need;

Im confused. So you want to install a tool that's used for hacking, yet you can't figure out how to root one of the most easily rootable phones on the planet? Something doesn't seem right there...

If you want people to try to help you, you need to try to help yourself first. Have you even tried searching (both XDA and google) for your answer? The info you need is very easy to find. I'll give you a hint- MultiROM.

If you want to install MM 6.0, you need Kang TWRP [email protected] That's mandatory!!!
So I would like to recommend to you to look at following thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/transformer-tf300t/development/recovery-twrp-t3046479. There is for any question you may have to find the correct answer. Good luck!

Sorry, I thought your boot loader is already unlocked. This is one the basic requirements before you may be able to install both any custom recovery and any custom rom. There is also the fact being on the latest ASUS stock rom "Jelly Been".
That means you have to do your home work first before you do anything what can brick your tablet. How to do? you will find easily in the forum.
