Has anyone succeeded enabling tegra3 graphic effect in note 10.1 by using cf3d or any other method?
I have tried several ways but still cannot get the riptide gp to have water splash n blur effect.
Can anyone help please?

Have you already downloaded and enabled nvidia plugin I chainfire 3d?

Once you downloaded nvidia plugin go to chainfire and install plugin, after the search select nvidia.
Then go in chainfire settings and in plugins choose nvidia.
Yupe already done that n activate the plugin with nvidia for riptide, but dont get any tegra effects. Dont know whats wrong...
mmm weird, for me it works, I have te water drops on the screen, it changed from how it was before
Seems that it's the problem with the rom of my country. Because i cannot play asphalt 7 while others can. May be i should install rom from europe or indie. Havent had big bandwidth to downloac yet.
Edit: well, its not the problem with the rom. I clear data and reinstal the cf3d with fresh download of nvidia plugin from the link above. And now its work. Seem that the plugin i donwloaded previously is corrupted. Thanx for the reply and thanx for chainfire, his works are awesome.

Hey guyz,
Do you still have Tegra 3 effects with 1.4.1 update? Chainfire3D has no effects on Riptide GP for me anymore... I hope Vector Unit did not set any protection about non-Tegra devices...

I think the better graphics are for tegra 3 which cf3d doesnt have drivers for. But theres a way without cf3d to get tegra 3 graphics on dead trigger just by modding a game file. I dont know about riptide tho.

We're working on transitioning over to supporting more devices with the effects. It's possible during this transition the chainfire stuff stopped working -- it wasn't an intentional block on our part.
We'll take a look at the S3 and see what we can do.

Cf3d hasnt been updated in a long time and doesnt work on jb. Atleast it didnt for me either.

Hello,
I have a lil problem. I tried to install Zenonia on my HD2 and it didn't work...
I tried to install it on many roms but each time, zenonia didn't boot...
I tried everthing (soft reset after install, install on sd or device, install net framework 3.5 messages...)
2 days ago, i flashed Pandora 1.4 and the game worked..But after i flashed Pandora 1.5, the game didn't work anymore...
So, if this game works sometimes on some roms, there is probably something to do...
Any idea ???

All in all I am a bit piss$d off about this.
I bought Zennonia for my touch pro2 on Windows market place.
Great game bashed it for ages.
Then got my HD2. Logged into windows market place. Game doesnt show.
WTF I couldnt download it to my new phone.
Log in on Touch pro 2 and voila it shows.
I am screwing.
So I had to get an older hacked version which plays fine (1.4). But I was forced to scour dodgy net scenes to get a freeby. I am not happy at all. So I uninstalled it and now wont play it.
I am going to complain as the market place says up to 5 devices. I had actually removed the game from my Touch pr 2 as well.
This is a good reason why I wont be using windows Market place again.
If anyone can offer advise as to why it doesnt appear I would be gratefull.

Have you tried microsoft customer service and support? I'm sure they would be able to help you.
You can get Zenonia from Handango, thats what I did. It now also shows in my Marketplace, but its more expensive than via Handango anyways.
It works for me, but I installed it twice and then restarted the phone before it would run.
Nobody can help me ???

I have realized that I can run the game only straight after softreset. If I run any other app and then try to run Zenonia the game will not launch.
So my advise is do a softreset and after that try to run the game.
BTW, before doing softreset, delete the file that the game produce from root directory of your device(DxState.sav).
on my hd2 in marketplace Zenonia is available but version 1.3 which obviously is older...maybe that is the problem...newer version must have issues with hd2 that is why they let us have the older one.

I've played that game on my HD2 too and if i remeber correctly, it could be easily minimalised by pressing the home button (or windows button) and then closed in taskmanager.. Keep it simple, man

you can close it with the taskmanager.
Then you can't start it again. Only after a softreset.
Yeah that was it. Been a while since I've bothered with it. Either way, bit of a mess about for a game that cost me 6 quid or so.

It work again ! I found solution after some debate with people !!!!
With some taskbar, the game doesn't work...
I tried on Pandora 1.5 with DJCEDRIC taskbar and it works again !!!
On my last rom (pandora 1.4), i installed this taskbar and that's why it worked !!!
After installing this Installer ceci : NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab
My Zenonia is now working !

On energyrom, just disable arkswitch before launching the game and it works.

I have tested Shift and monopoly. Both works but with some strange problems.
Shift hungs sometimes (i think it is due to the lack of memory), and monopoly is unplayable after few moments because it slows down to 5 FPS! When game is just started everything is smooth.
Please test games and post your opinions!
Looks like it`s for HD2 tho.
Maybe you are using ChainFire driver?
Maybe you can adjust the driver setting for monoploy might work.
Yes I am using Chainfire drivers. I have just installed Sims3 and its playable and quite smooth.
Just tried monopolly and its running fine for me, played for a full 40 mins (yeah its addictive this one) with no probs. Id recommend if you have sense or any apps that consume lots of ram make sure you close or disable before running the game.
Edit: I've since tried need for speed shift and that also works fine for me, my only issue is i cant get the g-sensor to work in these ea games so i cant shake the dice in monopoly and i have no steering in nfs ! Im using the arnookie accelerometer cab, works with resco bubbles but not these :-(. Did anyone manage to get the accelerometer working in these games ?

Same here, NFS can't steer, Sims3 can't fish, Monopoly can't shake to roll. Any solutions ???

Hmm thats odd im using the same g sensor and its the latest one too ... ill have to do a hard reset to see if that gets it working.

Perhaps it's beacuse you have RESCO PHOTOMANAGER. If yes try this:
cut the file "SmiSensorServer_1.dll" on WINDOWS and paste it on Program files/resco photomanager
Try again. It works for me (just tested on NFS)

No resco photomanager here, just resco explorer ... do you mind if i ask which version of the arnookie sensor are you using ? I have the latest cab version.
Its amazing that you guys can run NFS, mine can not even play the game, it always hangs after the race starts. Does any1 have any ideas?

urmmm, mine did that, but turning the phone into the opposite landscape mode, and then into portrait mode seems to work for novembre's rom (so long as you have the G-Sensor enabled for auto orientation obvs) hope this helps =)

If you want test your HTCsensorSDk... try to run G-PAD (available on XDA)
And try to test if Rotation works...

G-sensor have quite big lag in this game...
couldnt get monopoly to download, ill try later and ive never been a sims fan but shift ive got and i have had some issues with it freezes but i think its a memory issue. Usually a soft reset and reinstallation of the cab does the trick.
Not to sure which g-sensor im using but i have novembres ROM and it all works fine - excellent even on the steering.

i also send email to gameloft support to have this info, but then i get reply from them saying that Rainbow Six not yet support 3D device.

Chainfire is useless...it's a problem with open FIMG that needs to be solved,it's still far away from perfect...
I am trying to run nba 2k16 and 2k15 unsuccessfully. I get force closed. Due that I installed gltools and I have been trying many different configurations but nothing. Nba 2k14 works like a charm btw.
Does anyone have any idea about? Many thanks in advance.

I think so but...I am not sure. What do you mean with cache? I get FC just in the beginning in both.
