after many days of research
I did it
installed
copy systemUI.apk override folder system / app
delete systemUI.odex
reboot
and enjoy!!!

Its not a simple task. I think the framework-res.apk is in /system/framework though

Do you mean framework-res.Apk. if yes then download apktool and decompile the file. Then edit anything you want

For which base do you want?
Don't need now I have done it. But one problem, even simple decompiling and then recompiling it make it give errors shoulld I sign it also or it is some other problem

Use apk multi-tool for apk decompiling and recompiling...Do not sign any apps which are system apps

I deletef browsee.apk/odex, and now i need to re-install it, wjat should i do. (simple apk install does not work)
